Immediately at the marina, overlooking the nature reserve Graswarder up to the Fehmarnsund bridge from the east balcony or overlooking the sea and the pier from the west balcony, everyone will find their favorite place. Whether grilling on the terrace, relaxing in the sauna, in front of the stove or in a cozy round at the large dining table: Modern and high-quality furnishings created immediately feel-good atmosphere.
Park your car in the parking lot reserved for you in front of the house and join us on a flat inspection: On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with fully equipped, open kitchen. At the dining table with solid solid wood panel you can sit on comfortable designer chairs. Or you can enjoy in the cozy sitting area with sofa bed and leather armchairs the fireplace or the TV program on a large flat screen TV.
The sauna with adjoining floor-level large-capacity shower is right next door - also in the apartment.
The terrace is fully furnished and invites you to barbecue.
Light and airy with transparent railings, it goes up the stairs.
An over 20 square meter bedroom has an elegant desk and includes a seating area. Put the chair on the balcony and enjoy the fantastic view over the marina, the Graswarder and the Fehmarnsund Bridge.

So hatten wir sehr gute Privatsphäre und doch schöne Gemeinschaftsräume mit Kamin, offener Küche und Wohnbereich. Sogar eine Sauna ist vorhanden. Gerade im Winter toll. Wahnsinnsblick auf den Hafen - wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen nächsten Winter gern wieder! Herzlichen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen ist ein Traum. Auch die Ausstattung und geschmackvolle Einrichtung gefiel uns sehr gut.
Besonders haben uns die Spielsachen und die Bücher mit den liebevollen Texten sehr angesprochen. Unsere Enkelkinder waren davon auch begeistert.

Ich finde es gut, wenn man mehrfach dagewesen ist, auch Buchungsrabatte erhält.
