Saltwater pool, theater room, game room, 3 bed 2 bath. Quite safe neighborhood.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are less than a mile to light rail that goes to DFW airport, Grapevine Main Street, Stockyards, and Downtown Ft Worth, Panther Island Stadium, Bass Performance Hall, Ft Worth Convention Center, Cultural District, and so much more. Large , 10ft deep, 40,000 gallon saltwater pool for the group to enjoy on hot summer days. Within 4 miles are all the shopping and restaurants you could ask for. Location is north of Loop 820 in North Richland Hills. We try to not have the pool service or yard people come during your stay but if we have back to back reservations there is a chance someone will be there during your stay. Pool is not heated.

Our party of 5 loved everything about this property. It was easy to check in and the host emailed us it would be earlier than expected although we couldn’t check in earlier we appreciated him reaching out. The property looked exactly as described. It felt very comfortable and like home. The pool was spectacular! The neighborhood seemed quiet and family oriented. Our only regret is we wish we had stayed longer! Bonus was the popcorn variety and movie room… thanks for a wonderful stay!

This property is exactly as described! Home was extremely clean, and neighborhood is very quiet. Daniel and/or Diane were very accommodating and helpful throughout booking as well as our stay. I highly suggest this property for your visit to the Dallas/Fort Worth/NRH area!

The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious and clean and had TVs in each room.The hosts were very easy to work with and made sure we felt very comfortable.The location is perfect for visiting Fort Worth. We would definitely stay at this house again.

We enjoyed our stay. Daniel was very responsive!!! It was very clean. The location is great. We would definitely stay again. If you go in December check out The Light Park and Interlochen Lake lights.

What a wonderful experience! We have several meetings in DFW throughout the year and just need a quick in and out visit. Very communicative, and even flexible with the ice storm this year delaying our booking. We have another visit already scheduled!

The house was so comfortable and very clean. The location was 3 minutes from our event which was perfect for this small town girl. We enjoyed the pool and prepared all our meals there.

Great weekend adventure

Daniel/Diane were amazing hosts! Property was extremely clean and very accommodating. Location was perfect for spending the weekend in Fort Worth, everything within a short driving distance. Great experience!

Perfect Visit with Family

This property was everything it said it was! It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owners were excellent to work with and the neighborhood was a nice area to be in. I would definitely stay again!

Great central location!

We enjoyed our stay! This house accommodates to everything you need. Very clean pool with towels provided. Large bedrooms & bathrooms. The neighborhood is very quiet but centrally located around anything we needed we never drove further than 20 mins!

Good Family Vacation

The house was exactly as described and very clean and well kept. We did not get to use the pool but looked nice. The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit soft for our liking but the kids liked their rooms. The owners were fast to respond. Would book again.

The house was great and the beds were super comfortable. The hot water for the shower would not get hot no matter how long you ran it. The BBQ is falling apart and was scary to use.

Had housekeeping check water and it was five. Possible the water was opposite way in what you tried ? Yes need a new grill and as soon as I’m back in town I plan on getting a new one. Thank you for staying with us.

Perfect location

House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. We loved every minute of our stay. My kids enjoyed being able to walk to the ice rink.
