This Non-Smoking, spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath condo is completely renovated! This is NOT your average beach place! Leather couches, Tommy Bahama furniture, top of the line pillow top mattresses, 3 TVs (1 is a large screen HDTV), upgraded cabinetry & countertops in the kitchen & baths, new tile/laminate flooring. The building has only 10 unit with no public access. It’s a peaceful, quiet part of the beach. Mostly residential. It’s surrounded by huge Estate Homes. The sunrise is absolutely beautiful coming up over the Inter-coastal Waterway w/a great view from the master bedroom in the morning. There’s a boat dock available directly across the street from the unit. The sunsets are more than breathtaking! What a view from the balcony! It’s truly a wonderfully relaxing, quiet place to spend time. Enjoy the convenience of a trolley that takes you up & down Gulf Boulevard. There are many fine restaurants & activities that are within walking distance to the condo.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IA A MINIMUM 7 DAY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL AND NO SWIMMING POOL! SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WHEN ON PROPERTY. NO SMOKING IS POLICY IS VALID FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDOOR AND OUTDOOR GROUNDS, WALKWAYS, AND SIDEWALKS, COMMUNAL AREAS AND PARKING LOT. I really couldn’t even put into words how amazing this place is. Everything was literally PERFECT! We loved everything about the Condo and especially the communication. Check in was super easy, master bed was so comfortable, very clean, and very well stocked. The views are out of this world! I’d give this 100 stars if I could.

Relaxing getaway

We love this location. Beautiful beach, great restaurants, and close to everything we may want to do. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.I love walking into the living room and seeing the beautiful gulf. We spent a lot of time on the beach and the balcony enjoying the sunsets.

We loved the location. Beach is not crowded, and everything needed is so close. Great restaurants within a short driving distance, and one you can walk to. The condo is equally as wonderful. Kitchen is well equipped, and the rest of the condo is super comfortable. Top of our list for a beach getaway!

What a lovely stay we had. The location is beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. We were able to watch sunrises from the dock, and sunsets from the balcony. Great shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I would definitely book this condo again! Thank you, Shondra!!!

Spring Break

The property is awesome for a family vacation on the beach! The host thinks of everything, beach chairs, beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen including cleaning supplies paper towels, etc. Truly turn key, unpack your bags and relax. We'll stay there again, hopefully for many years to come!
