We had a wonderful time with our families. Super easy access to the beach which made it really carefree with small kids. The house was clean, cozy and felt updated and elevated. Communication was wonderful.

House was amazing. It’s beautifully decorated and the host has thought of a lot of things to make your stay pleasant. The toilets had tabs on it insuring the cleaned before coming. We had a beautiful and wonderful stay at Tiki Time! We would 100% book again.

This place was amazing! All that we wanted and more. The place had nicely stocked essentials and that was greatly appreciated. Owner was responsive. Tiki bar was fun and such a nice place to sit and relax.

The home was very well appointed with everything we could ever need and access to the beach was just a short walk. We also could sit on the patio and listen to the beach. The tiki bar below was a dream for my husband to watch football and enjoy Sunday afternoon.

Beautiful beach escape

The house was in great shape, the beach a short walk, and the tiki space downstairs was a wonderful place to relax or recover from the sun. Definitely lived up to its listing!

Happy Place Tiki House!

Wonderful place to have a family vacation. Tiki house beautiful! The family loved the closeness to the beach. Many sunrises and sunsets were viewed from the deck. Will definitely recommend this beautiful beach house.

Annual Family Beach Trip

Had a wonderful long weekend with family. House was clean. Tiki Bar area was great for kids….fenced in, corn hole, dart game, swing all provided.

Perfect Beach House!

You can tell the owners put thought into every detail! This place was beautiful inside and has an amazing outdoor experience! Great views, right on the beach, the Tiki Bar was a huge hit! We loved our stay! Our family will come back every summer! Everything you could want in a vacation house!

Great Oceanside House

The house was exactly as advertised. The host had very thoughtful supplies, so we had most everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach, and the downstairs is really nice and covered. We hope to be back in the future!

Outstanding place!

My family stayed here over spring break. The house was perfect! I was so impressed with the comforts that it provided: all beds were super comfortable, large TVs in each room, great internet connection, open concept, FANTASTIC OUTDOOR SPACE AND ACCESS TO THE BEACH! The host was so quick to respond to any questions and was very kind! I definitely recommend and our family looks forward to going back soon!

Fabulous Family Fun

Everything was perfect. Never got the party lights to work but that no biggie. Very clean and accommodating. Beds very comfortable. Will stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at the Summer Beachside Retreat! The house is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and just a short walk from the beach. The views were beautiful and the home itself had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, from a well-stocked kitchen to beach towels and boogie boards. My kids used them every single day and had the time of their lives riding the waves.Nicole was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and any questions a breeze. Highly recommend this rental for families looking for a relaxing, fun-filled beach vacation. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great House, Maybe perfect

Great location and amazing outdoor area! The ground floor Tiki Hut area is amazing. Ground floor Private bathroom, refrigerator, ice maker and TV. You don’t even have to go upstairs. Upstairs was great as well. Will rent again soon.

Great house & location!

Loved how close the house was to the beach and the ground level entertainment area! Although the landscaping was dead & just not upkept, probably due to the cold weather, we still enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend this house to persons with kiddos that want their own space. Great deck to watch sunrise. Would definitely book again.
