Come and stay for a weekend or for a whole week in this quiet superbly located ensuite studio. It is a minute's walk from the Place Bellecour in the historical heart of Lyon. Undeniably charming neighborhood with all top class restaurants, bars, markets and luxury shops. We'll be happy to host 1 or 2 people: a couple or friends travelling together. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Wonderful stay in Lyon

We had a great time. It is in a really good location, easy to get around. There is a lift which makes it easy for luggage. Aleksandr is a cool host too

Centrally located but: A/C not working. Toilets smaller than aircraft lavatory. No shelves, no hooks, no places where you can put your stuff. Very small. For 4 nights/two people we got only two small towels. Hosting people does not mean just providing a bed. Only positive note, the owner allowed us to leave our luggage in the room after check out.

Great location, clean room BUT NO AIR CONDITIONING!! By today’s summer temperatures, AC is a must. Not being able to open the windows bc of the mosquitoes, keeping the curtains closed bc of the heat, this was uncomfortable to say the least. The owner gave me a fan and something against mosquitoes which made the situation bearable but still. By the way, bring your own corkscrew and ice cubes if you want to cool down with a glass of rosĂ©, they were missing as well.

Nous avons rencontrĂ© un problĂšme avec sa porte d’entrĂ©e qui ne s’ouvrait plus, nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©es coincĂ©es Ă  l’extĂ©rieur de l’appartement Ă  2h du matin pendant plus d’une heure dehors. Aucune rĂ©ponse de l’hĂŽte et aucune solution trouvĂ©e par Abritel. Nous avons donc fait appel Ă  un serrurier et avons avancĂ© les frais. Le lendemain aucun appel de l’hĂŽte et des rĂ©ponses seulement en dĂ©but d’aprĂšs-midi. Gestion de la situation par message. L’hĂŽte n’a pas daignĂ© vouloir se dĂ©placer. La nuit ne nous a pas Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ©e. J’ai rĂ©ussis Ă  joindre l’hĂŽte deux jours aprĂšs qui me confirme qu’effectivement sa porte a bien un problĂšme ( ce qui veut dire que le problĂšme se reproduira avec d’autres voyageurs). Mais il reste sur sa position et trouve ça normal que nous ayons payĂ© 102 euros pour une nuit comme celle-ci. Je vous dĂ©conseille fortement d’avoir affaire Ă  lui et Ă  Abritel. Car ces derniers ne m’ont Ă©galement trouvĂ© aucune solution que ce soit dans la nuit ou les jours d’aprĂšs. Ils m’ont seulement dit de voir avec le propriĂ©taire et ne m’ont pas du tout entendu ni rembourser quoique ce soit, nous Ă©tions seules face Ă  la malhonnĂȘtetĂ© de cet hĂŽte. Je vous conseille de FUIR car la porte n’est pas rĂ©parĂ©e donc vous aurez sĂ»rement affaire aux mĂȘmes dĂ©sagrĂ©ments que nous.

Bien pour une personne seule et un court séjour, super situation, chambre trÚs calme dans un immeuble typique lyonnais, lit confortable, appartement clair, bien accueillie par Aleksendr. Par contre, dommage que l évier soit si petit, une tablette tout prÚs aurait été bienvenue, ainsi qu un emplacement dans la douche pour la savonnette; et un torchon pour éviter d essuyer la vaisselle avec une serviette de bain :( : des petites choses toutes simples qui rendraient le quotidien plus facile. Par moments bizarre odeur de pipi de chat. Malgré tout, contente de mon choix

Super avec quelques inconvénients

Nous avons passĂ©s une nuit avec un ami, le logement Ă©tait propre avec par contre une lĂ©gĂšre odeur d’urine de chat, qu’on a rĂ©ussi Ă  faire partir en laissant les fenĂȘtres ouvertes toute la journĂ©e. La chambre Ă©tait bien agencĂ©e, pratique pour juste une nuit car l’appartement ne pouvait pas ĂȘtre mieux placĂ© ! Autre bĂ©mol : la douche, Ă©tant avec un ami je me suis sentie mal Ă  l’aise pour prendre une douche car si nous voulions fermer la porte coulissante de la salle de bain, la vitre de la douche Ă©tait transparente, donc obligation de se doucher la porte ouverte si nous voulions un minimum d’intimitĂ©. Pas trĂšs dĂ©rangeant pour une seule nuit, mais Ă  rĂ©flĂ©chir pour un plus long sĂ©jour. Sinon la rencontre avec le loueur s’est bien passĂ©, trĂšs clair, et aimable.

avis sur la chambre

la clim était en panne, le frigo était aussi en panne, les serviettes de toilette étaient usées jusqu'à la corde, le flacon du lave main contenait 90% d'eau pour ce qui est la panne du frigo, nous avons contacté la personne qui nous a remis les clés, le vendredi, voici sa réponse : je ne peux rien faire pour vous !!!!!! notre séjour était du jeudi au dimanche, en pleine canicule du mois de juillet
