Studio "Grouper Room" - comfort in the smallest space - living, sleeping, cooking - ideal for singles and couples - well-equipped kitchen, own bathroom and a studio where you feel at home!

Enjoy a dream holiday in a place on this earth, which offers you every evening the most beautiful sunset in the world!

Our "Fishermen's Paradise" is located directly on the water. In just a few minutes you can reach the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the boat dock is towards the west - the evenings you will not want to spend anywhere else!

The building complex is typical of this region - it captivates with the customary colorful colors of the south. The complex consists of 4 small, cute studios that provide everything you need for a holiday - a place to sleep and relax, a well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower. A communal laundry room offers the possibility to wash and dry laundry if necessary.

However, more important are various outdoor seating areas - retreat, but also community is possible - depending on your personal needs. Enjoy barbeque evenings, the BBQ grill specially made for you, relax in the quiet evening by the water and watch the sensational sunset.

Are you an avid angler or would you like to become one? In our Fisherman's Paradise you will definitely get your money's worth!

GROUPER ROOM

The Grouper Room is our smallest studio and leaves nothing to be desired!

Here not only couples but also single travelers will feel visibly well.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you need on holiday. At the dining table or on the sofa, you can plan the next day or let the past experience pass you by.

In the bathroom you can expect enough towels, so that your luggage is not unnecessarily weighted.

From the bed you will not only look at the TV, but certainly also let your eyes wander into the colorful and colorful courtyard.

No Frills Convenient Clean Location

This studio had every thing I needed with easy access to restaurants, fishing and everything the area has to offer.

Simple, clean, and cozy!

Everything was great! More than enough for what needed. Home Owners and property manager were very nice and welcoming. We like to travel with out boat and the fact that it had a dock right behind that we were able to park the boat was awesome! Will definitely be coming back again and with hopes the Redfish Room is available.

Wonderful village, accomodations almost recovered

Matlacha is almost recovered from the hurricane and the town is resiliant. Certin accommodations here were lacking, but i am sure that is due to the hard work to get it back to accepting guests. While the cleanliness was PREFECT. I look forward to having the owners add more comfortable mattresses as the current ones are very very hard. I would also love to a days worth of coffee and water as an accomodation. All in all, a cute little fishing flat. With great people as guests and neighbors.

Awesome Location plus Kayaks

Location, Location, Location, we enjoyed kayaking and the fishing right out the back door so this spot was great for us. Its a bit of a drive to any beaches in the area, but lots to see in Matlacha. We used the bikes as well but one got a flat tire the first use and they were never fixed for the time we were there - that was disappointing, should have a spare propane tank for the BBQ rather than expecting guests to run out and pay for that. We were lucky because the other guests were very friendly and got us up to speed on the home and the area in general, we really enjoyed their company. Overall happy with most everything, were not expecting five star accommodations and that is reflected in the price and the room.

Neon green rental review

We had a great time as their were multiple restaurants within walking distance. The rental home was clean and fresh on move in day. The deck in the back was perfect for basking in the sun and fishing. Nice how canoe and kayak rentals were availible.

? Island getaway?

Rental property was just ok. Rooms close together and we had ants in our room. Also one of the guests had dogs that barked all day. The management did nothing about it even though there is a no pet policy

Clean and cozy place, located right on the water and near to everything you need.

We had a wonderful time staying in the Redfish Room. We rented the canoe and took it out fishing. We caught over 90 fish over the course of several days, a couple of which we kept and had for dinner. It was a lot of fun and this place gave us a nice launching pad to do whatever we wanted to.

Alles Bestens, Traumhafte Lage, guter Zustand der Unterkunft, sehr sauber, absolut perfekte Betreuung durch den Vermieter vor und während des Urlaubs. Wir können das Domizil nur weiter empfehlen. Einziges Manko ist das aus dem Online Inserat nicht hervor geht das die Terrasse von allen Mietern gemeinsam genutzt wird. Mit netten anderen Gästen ist das zwar kein Problem aber wenn man sich das anders vorgestellt hat ....

Entspannter Urlaub

Fishermens Paradise..Eine kleine ruhige Anlage um den Alltag zu entliehen und zu entspannen. Am besten gefallen hat uns der all abendliche Sunset am Anleger. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles da was man braucht.Der Redfish Room ist für zwei Pers für 14 Tage zu klein..(aber das war unsre eigene Schuld wir hätten ja auch ne Suite nehmen können.) Für Angler ist es das Paradis überall kann man seine Angel rein werfen und die Einheimischen geben auch gerne Tips.. Unsre Essensempfehlung ist Bubbs Roadhouse, keine fünf Min von Matlacha. Wunderbare Rips und Steaks, freundliches und hiklfbereiter Service. Und das Bubbels Restaurant in Captiva muss man gesehn haben .

Sehr schön & ruhig gelegen

Sehr schön und ruhig am Wasser gelegen. Die Zimmer sind einfach dafür mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir haben öfter den Grill benutzt, sind mit den Kanus durch den Kanal gepaddelt, am Wasser gesessen und den Sonnenuntergang betrachtet. Judy die Haushälterin dort ist sehr nett, mit Herzblut dabei und gibt einem sehr gute Tipps. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Tag an wohl dort! Es fehlt an nichts! Das einzige, warum nur 4 Sterne vergeben: - Kühlschrank sehr laut sowie Klimaanlage. - Bad sehr klein ( obwohl man das ja schon vorher weiss!) Aber eher "Luxusprobleme"

Traumurlaub

Wir waren begeistert von unseren Urlaubstagen im Fischersman Paradise in Matlache. Unsere Wohnung war gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Der Service freundlich und perfekt. Abends saßen wir beim herrlichen Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse oder auf dem Bootssteg. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rundum wohlgefühlt

Zum Start unserer Florida Rundreise haben wir eine knappe Woche im Redfish Room verbracht! Das kleine Studio war vollkommen ausreichend und genau wie beschrieben ausgestattet! Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe und es ist ein perfekter ausgangspunkt um den Westen Floridas ein bisschen genauer zu besuchen! Wir würden immer wieder dieses Studio empfehlen.

5 schöne Tage in Matlacha!

Nur zu empfehlen: Tolle, kleine und liebevolle Anlage (wie der gesamte Ort), komplett unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Übergabe. Tolle Lage, direkt am Wasser mit unbeschreiblichem Sonnenuntergang. Keine 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Gastronomie und den Shops. Kurze Anfahrt zum Supermarkt.
