Owner was very good to deal with. House could have been a bit cleaner at check in. Kitchen was somewhat lacking in cookware and dishes. No drain plugs in either bath tub or guest bath sink. Location was excellent, very close to Downtown Summerlin, local casinos, restaurants, etc.
