A cozy modern abode built for entertaining. Updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The backyard includes an intimate step-down space great for small gatherings and BBQs, equipped with hanging lights, a charcoal grill, and patio chairs. 2 off-street parking spaces are included in the back as well, separate from the gathering space. The main level of the house includes a living room conversation area and a cozy breakfast nook. The home also includes a basement living room with a 65" 4k TV and surround sound.
