Starting Sept 1st 2024 the resort will require a $20 fee to bring your pet.

Note: Guests must register with the resort for parking passes and pool bands. The registration fee is $55 . This fee includes up to (1) one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party an extra pass is $35. Motorcycle parking is available at $55 per motorcycle. Adults and children 13 years of age and older are required to wear armbands while on property.

Your 25 lb. dog is welcome to come along. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee when you bring your pet along.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. We provide a starter pack of amenities and bed and bath linens. You will need to bring your own beach towels and replenish amenities if needed. Parking passes and armbands will be available upon guest check-in within the Tower II lobby at the Owner Services desk.
