Our group had a great time here. An easy walk to the amphitheater, and ample city parking nearby. The beds were comfortable and the condo was super clean, would return!

Condo (apartment) was clean but looked like a year old did the remodel. Going the bathroom was an experience in balance. Toilet was loose and felt like going to fall over when seated. Mold in shower/tub. TV volume did not work, set at level 2 so you could not hear TV. Just a rundown property. Way overpriced. I have stayed in nicer Motel 6’s. Definitely not worth the money.

The place was clean and met our needs for sleeping. I would have liked to see the check in time start earlier than 4:30 but overall nice place to stay overnight.

Perfect for Dillon Amphitheater

Perfect place to stay for a quick getaway from Denver. We visited for a concert at Dillon Amphitheater. It's about a ten minute walk from the downtown section of Dillon and has great views.

Fun times in Dillon

Overall we had a great time. The property was clean and had plenty of room for all guests. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The only issues were the dishwasher did not run properly, property was located on third floor (which I had inquired about prior to arrival), and lack of air conditioning. Granted, I didn't even think of it when booking, but Dillon CO was extra hot at this time. A/C would have been nice, because it took awhile for the condo to cool down. Overall, our stay was a lot of fun and for the price the condo was great. Thank you...

Perfect weekend getaway rental

The views were absolutely gorgeous and location was only a two minute drive to Dillon marina where we could launch our Kayaks for free. Children's playground by the marina too. The rental was clean and had enough space for our large family. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse games and hot tub for hours and we had the whole place to ourselves the entire time which was surprising. Definitely will return!

Great place.

Only stayed one night but it was perfect. With such a high cleaning fee I was a little surprised to find the two coffee tables were sticky and there were crumbs all over the arm of one couch, but other than that the place was perfect for our group and we would stay again that's for sure.
