SOUTH CHAIN OF LAKES! Just south of Marble Lake, watch the fun or join in!

This charming Lake House overlooks Middle Lake, just south of Marble Lake. We rent Thursdays from 4pm until the following Thursday at 11am. Spend the entire day exploring 17 miles of waterway. There are 10 lakes on the 'South Chain' and so much to see! We have a pontoon available to rent and room for your other summer toys!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great house, and Perfect location on the lake. Big back yard for us to set up volleyball net and other yard games.

Hey there! We are a semi-retired couple that live on the South Chain here in Coldwater. We love the lake and our community here on Middle Lake. This is new for us. We found this house in 2022 and fell in love with it immediately. It has been fun getting to know all our visitors and the summer crowds! This location has so many perks!

Why they chose this property

Lets see, why this property? It is functional, it is BEA-utiful, it is spacious, it is as private as you want it to be and as fun as you would like it to be. I guess the thing I like most is watching the sunset from the balcony. One some days though.......... it is just nice to sit by the fire and watch the boaters go by.

What makes this property unique

Unique benefits? THE CHAIN! THAT is the benefit to being on the lake. You are attached to ALL OF THE LAKES!! All day long, you can float and not see the same shoreline twice. It is pretty cool to be on the edge of a channel and the mouth to an all sport chain of lakes. We have kayaks, a paddle boat, a pontoon, canoes and wood available to rent or purchase.
