On the left side you will find the kitchen equipped with a stainless steel double sink, 4-ring gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer and washing machine.
In the hallway there is a large built-in wardrobe.
The living room with dining area for 4 people has a hatch to the kitchen and many shelves.
It is furnished with comfortable upholstered furniture.

Access to the villa park: €15 per vehicle and stay this payment must be made in cash.
