Ferienwohnung (35qm) auf dem Bauernhof! Der Hof liegt idyllisch im Maintal, eingerahmt vom Main, Weinbergen und Waldflächen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge über den direkt vorbeilaufenden Main-Radweg oder für Wanderungen. Kurze Entfernungen nach Karlstadt (6 km), Lohr (15 km), Gemünden (8 km) und Würzburg (30 km). Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett mit einer durchgehenden Matratze. Bei Bedarf wird die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich vorbereitet. Die Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet mit Esstisch, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Der Wohnbereich besteht aus der Schlafcouch, Fernseher, Stereoanlage und DVD- Player. Das Bad verfügt über WC, Dusche, Waschbecken und Fön. Die Ferienwohnung hat außerdem einen überdachten Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Blick in die Natur. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und WLAN- Nutzung sind im Preis enthalten.
