The exclusive three-room apartment for up to 6 people (completion February 2014) in the 2nd Upstairs is 86 m².   A large entrance hall, spacious, bright living room with seating area, open kitchen and dining area. There is a south-facing balcony of 3m² with seating and beach chair for sunbathing.  The integrated kitchenette is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The comfortable, modern sofa in the living room can comfortably sleep as a 5. + 6. Person to be used. In the separate, tastefully decorated bedrooms are each a box spring bed (2x90 cm x 2.00 m and 2x 1.00 m x2, 00 m) with bedside tables and plenty of storage cabinets made to measure. The bathrooms are high quality with marble and barrier-free designer showers modern and very elegant. The master bathroom also has a bathtub. There is an internet wi-fi connection for free, Bose sound system in the living room to play music / radio via CDs, DVD, Blueray, iPhone / Smart-Phone or iPod etc. A sauna area is available free of charge in the house.
