'Holiday feeling ...' - 70m² spacious and modern Ferienwohnng for 6 people

'Holiday feeling ...' That is our motto, and it should be your motto.

Our tasteful apartment is 70 m² in size and ideal for a relaxing holiday complaints - whether romantic happy couple or as a family. The living / dining area is presented spacious, bright and friendly and has a high quality sound system and a 37 'LED TV with Digital HD Cable connection. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available optionally. In S / W orientation is protected to the covered terrace to the beach days can end comfortably at sunset.

In addition to a good sized bedroom is a 2 for children. Bedroom with bunk beds and a complimentary travel cot and high chair etc. available. Blinds throughout the home and a high quality sofa bed can sleep for all guests in a relaxing ambiance.

The kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and many accessories (see equipment list) is very well equipped. The bathroom has a bath with shower. Coin-operated washer and dryer and a bicycle storage room in the house are available.

A car parking space for your home as well as a private playground and barbecue area and a bicycle storage room are located on the property.

Die Wohnung ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche war neu und wirkte sehr hochwertig und es war alles da, was man zum Kochen brauchte.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Frau vor Ort war sehr gut.Wir würden diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Das einchecken ging problemlos über Schlüsselkasten und Code. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, hell und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zu Fuß ist die Fußgängerzone und Stadtmitte in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein Bäcker ist direkt unterhalb der Unterkunft und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findensivh auch mehrere in der Nähe

sehr schöne FeWo in Binz

Die Wohnung ist super. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Kontakt vor Ort hat auch sehr gut funktioniert. Kritik: WLAN ist nicht kostenlos und hat an 2 von 8 Tagen gar nicht oder nur schlecht funktioniert.

Top Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von der Größe und von der hochwertigen und gemütlichen Einrichtung. An Sauberkeit ist diese Unterkunft nicht zu übertreffen. Alles war einwandfrei. Die Lage ist super. Man erreicht die kleine Ortschaft und den Strand in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne nochmal wieder!

Binz 2024

Es war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Wohnung war geräumig, ordentlich und sauber, die Einrichtung und Utensilien waren hauptsächlich recht hochwertig. Außerdem war der Vermieter wirklich spitze, sehr nett, bemüht und zügig mit seinen Antworten auf unsere Nachrichten, großes Lob hierfür. Wir hatten nur Probleme beim Trocknen unserer nassen Wäsche. Man hat die Feuchtigkeit teils nicht richtig aus den Klamotten und Handtüchern bekommen. Teils wurde selbst die Wäsche im Koffer feucht. Und leider war der Spielplatz vor der Haustür, welcher eines unserer Hauptargumente für diese Wohnung war, anfangs gesperrt, wovon der Vermieter leider erst durch uns erfahren hatte. Auf dessen Nachfrage beim Hausmeister wurde zumindest ein Teil des Spielgerüsts freigegeben, da nur der andere Teil nicht genutzt werden konnte.

Bestens ausgestattete Fewo!

Der Check-In war bestens organisiert, die Fewo wunderschön und super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Einziges Manko: Das Kinderzimmer ist wirklich sehr klein. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße, aber auch sehr zentral - man ist mit wenigen Schritten auf der Hauptstraße, am Strand oder am Schmachter See. Gerne wieder!

Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Fahrradabstellraum ist viel zu klein. Er wird anscheinend vom ganzen Haus genutzt und es passen eigentlich nur 4, max. 6 Räder hinein. Wenn wir abends von unseren Touren zurück kamen, war er immer schon belegt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung !

Wir hatten diese Ferienwohnung für einen Kurzulaub im Februar gebucht. Sie ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein kostenloser PKW-Stellplatz war direkt am Haus. Die Geschäftsstraße und der Strand waren in paar Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Zentrale FEWO in Binz

Diese Fewo ist sehr hochwertig möbliert und bekommt von uns bezüglich Sauberkeit höchstes Lob ! Auch das Inventar ist picobello und reichlich bestückt, sodass wir zu dritt nicht täglich die Spülmaschine laufen lassen mussten. Da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind , möchten wir auch die hervorragende Lage der Wohnung erwähnen. Nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt liegt eine Bushaltestelle und ein schnuckelig kleiner, äußerst liebenswerter Bäcker ! Auch zum Strand ist es echt nicht weit !! Wir können diese Wohnung sehr gut weiterempfehlen (allerdings nicht für 6 Personen ! Höchstens 2Ew mit 2 Kleinkindern) und sagen herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, DuO

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ok, man läuft ein paar Minuten zum Strand. Aber das war nicht wild. (Bis auf ein Stückchen an der rege befahrenen Straße auf schmalstem Gehweg mit Kinderwagen bzw. Buggy) Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohl gefühlt und waren insbesondere von der freundlichen Kommunikation mit Herrn Feirer angetan.

Traumhafter Urlaub auf Rügen

Die Lage war nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, aber innerhalb weniger Minuten war man in der Fußgängerzone und somit auch schnell am Strand. Für uns perfekt: ruhig und trotzdem alles zügig erreichbar! Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und die Terrasse lädt zu Sonnenstunden gen Abend ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne, zentral gelegene FeWo direkt in Binz

Sehr schöne und saubere 3-Zimmer-FeWo direkt in Binz mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Restaurants, Cafés, Meer und Strand samt Promenade sind alle fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso der schöne Laubwald und die Steilküste. Die Zimmer haben alle(!) Aussenrolläden, so dass es selbst im Sommer morgens schön dunkel ist und man ausschlafen kann...! :-)

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Sehr gepflegte, kinderfreundliche und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage mit dem kurzen Weg zum Strand ist gerade mit Kindern perfekt.

Wundervolle FeWo

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt und ermöglicht einen wirklich erholsamen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Binz. Der Strand ist fußläufig noch gut erreichbar und auch im Übrigen ließ die Wohnung nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
