Excellent home near all the universal parks , just didn’t like the neighborhood much , but backyard and home was fine ! Great quality bedding too

The neighborhood isn't the greatest but it is safe and the home is really cute and clean and fine furnishings and good beds ...we were too busy to venture out to the backyard to use the pool and Grill and everything but that looks fantastic ...we will be back

The host was kind and helpful. Very responsive. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable!! We had everything we needed!! The kids loved the pool! The house is very close to Universal Studios! A short easy drive! We loved it! And hope to come back again!!

We had a great time. The host responded quickly to all our questions. The house was comfortable. And our kids had fun playing with the Xbox.

We chose this home to see a concert since it was close and spacious. The pool was perfect, and the property was beautiful. The home was clean, updated and stocked wwith the essentials like trash bags, soap etc which was definately a plus. We would definately stay here agin!!

Good place to stay on Business

The inside of the house was clean ad everything worked out well. The back yard by the pool is messy and not well kept. The neighborhood is also pretty sketchy at best and was not what I expected. Overall though we got what we paid for and there were no real issues. I just wouldn't take a young family there.

Regarding the backyard and pool area, please note that we provide weekly pool cleaning services. However, given that it is an outdoor pool, leaves can sometimes accumulate, especially on windy or rainy days. To address this, we offer an onsite pool cleaning vacuum robot for our guests to use, ensuring the pool remains enjoyable throughout your stay. As for the neighborhood, our listing clearly mentions that it is a friendly and quiet working-class area. We've lived here for decades without any issues, and many of our guests appreciate the tranquility and community spirit. We understand that everyone has different expectations, and we strive to provide detailed and accurate descriptions to help our guests make informed decisions.
