King bed in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, twins in the 3rd bedroom (can be pushed together to make a king) and queen sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep 8. Flat screen TVs and DVDs in living room and all bedrooms. WIFI included.

Our stay was awesome!! Condo was perfect. Our view of the ocean was so relaxing. We spent a lot of time on balcony due to weather. We did manage one good day in the sun.At the last minute we decided to add an extra day and scheduling that was easy. We didn’t arrive until after 9 so getting in was a challenge due to fobs in condo as well as parking tickets. However some very nice folks let us in.Thank you again. Suellen Martin

We stayed at this property for a few days after we dropped our youngest off at college. We visited Pensacola and the gulf shores area numerous times as the kids were growing up. We always stay on the beach and this is by far my favorite vrbo we’ve ever rented. The view from the giant balcony is incredible. We had spent a total of 17 hours in the car making our way from Wisconsin so the ability to walk to of all the shops and restaurants was perfect. It was just what we needed. Hoping to make this tradition after college move in each year. Roll Tide!

Perfect views and location

This is a beautiful condo with gorgeous views. Very clean, well stocked with everything you need to get your vacation started. Additionally, it is very secure. All the codes can be a little overwhelming at first but then you get used to it and I liked the security. Owners were very responsive to any inquiries I had. Great location over all and perfect for Red, White and Blues week. Definitely on my list to come back!

Oh my goodness this condo is gorgeous!!! Description of everything was 100% exactly as it was described!! The location was perfect to everything we needed. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, activities for the kids. You name it and it’s available. Many things were even within walking distance!! The owners are awesome and very easy to communicate with. They answer any questions with an email or phone call!! Our family had the best time and hope to return again next year!!! The Todd Family

Great Condo; Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at The Beach Club. The building and unit were both very clean and comfortable and the view is beautiful. The twin beds in the 3rd bedroom are on the smaller size side so just something to be aware of if you have larger adults planning to sleep there but they worked fine for our group. Having three bathrooms was very nice and the elevators in the building move pretty quickly so going up and down was easy. The gym in the building is also nice a great bonus (spa too though we didn't utilize it) as is the overall location of the condo as you can walk to so many places and never have to move the car. We loved out stay in Pensacola Beach and have already said we'd love to go back. The owner was easy to work with and the check in and out process was seamless. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Nice unit, poor management

Pros - Nice unit, location, convenience, adequately furnished. Best part of deal was the week of beach chairs and umbrella. Cons - No communication, delayed check-in, poor management and basic checks, very limited cooking utensils and kitchen set-up. Details - To summarize, unit was not cleaned on arrival, resulting in a 2-hour delay in check-in. Upon check-in, discovered clogged A/C filter (filter being sucked into unit because of so much dirt) and no flow through refrigerator because of blocked water filter, resulting in no filtered water and NO ICE. Overall - terrible communication from the beginning. All updates to our "vacation" had to be initiated by us, soliciting their response, including check-in protocol (was told we would get info at 30 days out, then at 7-days out, but finally received just a few days before traveling). Even had to ask about our deposit refund, which they only send out after the end of the month in which you stayed. Makes me wonder if we hadn't asked, would we have even gotten it. Suggestion - find a unit managed onsite and not by distant owners trying to save a few dollars on management fees. Don't fall for cash/checks only, as you have more recourse with a credit card payment.

Another AMAZING vacation!

Our family of 6 came for a week vacation again in Pensacola Beach. This was our 2nd year at Beach Club Resort. We absolutely love this place. This was our first time with this host and they were so easy to work with. They responded very quickly to any questions I had before we went and when we were down there. We are taking a year off in 2026 to go to the Black Hills in South Dakota and then we will definitely be back! The condo was clean and the view was so beautiful. We sat out on the balcony every morning for coffee and every night for drinks. We loved the 6-person table out on the balcony!

All’s well that ends well

started off very rocky as we could not get info or return call from property manager. we were able to get excellent support from VRBO customer service as we have never stayed in a vrbo before and did not know the process. Some disappointing features in the property was a leaky shower, dirty towels, unflushed toilet upon arrival. and faulty ice maker that i fixed myself. overall the property was in an excellent location and had a magnificent view and was generally fine. the little details are where it fell short.

We are an energetic family that love the beach and spent many months searching until we found this beautiful condo that has all the amenities you could want in a beach home. We use the condo regularly and know that you will love it too. Whether it be tennis, basketball fishing or just lounging around the pool and beach reading a good book, we all look forward to our weeks in Pensacola beach.

Why they chose this property

This beautiful unit attracted us first- because of the large balcony overlooking the blue-green waters of the gulf. We could immediately see ourselves eating meals on the balcony and enjoying the pools and hot tubs

What makes this property unique

Every day we start our morning in the GYM with a good work-out and then steam and sauna. Then it's off to the pool or beach with kids without ever having to worry about crossing any busy roads- it's right here! For lunch, a quick walk to any of the many restaurants just down the street.
