The facility is about 400m from the sandy beach. The walk to the city center takes about 15 minutes.
The property is fenced, illuminated and guarded 24 hours. In order to give our system a special feeling of security, we have equipped our system with monitoring. In addition, our caretaker team is always available.
There is also a volleyball and basketball court, table tennis, children's playground, bike rental, entertainment and TV room tv-sat, internet WiFi, grocery and a small restaurant.

In each of two bedrooms there are two single beds and a wardrobe.

Among other things, tourists can admire the following sights:
Cathedral, town hall, lighthouse and powder shop. Kolobrzeg Cathedral was built around the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries. There are numerous magnificent ones in the interior. Works of art of Gothic and Baroque styles, including: seven-arm chandelier, bronze font and many pictures.

There are numerous stylish houses in the city center. Some passenger ships leave the port. In summer there is the possibility to take a catamaran ship to the island of Bornholm. The lighthouse was built in the old fortress. The light of the lighthouse is visible from a distance of 18 nautical miles (approx. 30 km). You can visit the lighthouse. From the terrace there is a view of the harbor, the beach and the pier.
