Large holiday home for up to 12 people with 6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with one
great balcony to breakfast in the morning sun ... and more - with views over the courtyard and the countryside with beautiful trees!
Large terrace with a covered barbecue area - all for sole use!
The house stands on a former farm with a lot of space - in a well-kept environment!
For self-catering for 12 people you have 2 (!) Kitchen areas with a very good equipment - available and of course a large enough table to eat together - also in the house.
An IR sauna
Our house is not minimal furnished, but radiates coziness with many books in shelves and deco ... out.
6 bedrooms generously distributed over 2 floors, kitchen in which everything is sufficient for self-sufficiency.
Our farm is a green oasis - Baumbestand u. a. many fruit trees on 10. 000sqm courtyard. Many cozy sitting areas can be found, a tree bench under the walnut tree, groups with comfortable loungers to linger and possibly. to read one of the many books from the house or bookcase of the yard -
