Welcome to the "Seeschatz" - your island holiday with wellness factor!

Where billowing waves, Mediterranean climate and colorful vegetable fields give an atmospheric rendezvous, there is our island apartment "Seeschatz". As part of the holiday residence Königsegg our apartment offers not only space for up to four people, but also indoor pool (16 m x 8 m) and sauna.

Upon entering, the "Seeschatz" welcomes you with its fresh charm on the island of Reichenau. Here you can enjoy alone, for two, with friends or with the whole family relaxed island holidays. This is ensured not only by the cozy and child-friendly furnishings of the "Seeschatz", but also the indoor pool and sauna use included in the price.

Come in and let your eyes wander through the glass door directly to Lake Constance. Now look into the bedroom, where two single beds (80 cm 200 cm) with a view of the castle park offer a lot of privacy. You will also find here a TV, children's toys and a shelf combination.

Through the hallway, it is now in the bathroom, where a walk-in large shower, toilet and vanity a relaxing start to the day. From the integrated into the hall kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster, it is now in the cozy living and sleeping area with lake views and direct access to the balcony.

Sleep deeply and relax in the cozy stone pine bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) and enjoy the view to the water when you wake up. At the round dining table for 4 people not only the whole family will find space, but also fresh fish directly from the island. In the evening, on the other hand, you will be tempted by the cozy couch for reading, listening to music and watching TV. From the reading armchair, you can also enjoy the view over the Untersee to the Swiss Seerücken, where you greet Arenenberg Castle and Salenstein Castle.

As entertainment between films, books, board games and children's toys are ready. However, if the sun is shining, then you can enjoy a wonderful panorama over the Untersee lake from your balcony-box seat with sun loungers, garden table and sun awning to the Swiss Seerücken.

For more than four decades, the resort Königsegg has been a refuge for those in search of peace and those in need of rest. With much attention to the needs of holiday guests was built at the southern edge of Schlosspark Königsegg the same holiday residence with indoor pool, sauna, table tennis room, laundry room (laundromat) and our apartment Seeschatz and our holiday apartments Seeherz and Seeherzchen.

Sunny & green location in the heart of the Untersee

Spread over three residential buildings, the guests of the private apartments especially enjoy the south-facing and very green location. The way to the lakeshore is not far, because the public bathing place is only 200 meters away. Even the idyllic viewpoint Hochwart is within walking distance of Königsegg. From here you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the Untersee to the volcanic cone landscape of the Hegau, over the Swiss shore and even to Constance.

Perfect island holiday in any weather

In the main building of the holiday residence you will find everything you need for your successful island holiday: laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer, table tennis room and bicycle storage. The 16 m x 8 m indoor pool and sauna promise even in rainy weather relaxing hours. As our guests you are allowed to use them for free. The sauna area you can even reserve exclusively for yourself. Simply add yourself to the occupancy list in the foyer.
