Great house in Jaco!. Clean, owner very responsive and helpful. Access to the pool with large seating area/bathrooms if you arrive early in the day and can't check in until 4. Would highly recommend.

The house and neighborhood is very clean and well kept. The house is a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the restaurants, grocery stores, and bars in Jaco, which was perfect for my group of walkers. Overall, it was a great place and I would highly recommend it!

The house was wonderful. Brian was a delight to work with. We are 5 friends on vacation and every one of us was comfortable. We loved that it was in a gated community and very close to the heart of town. The communal pool was a few short steps behind the house and it was better than some hotel pools. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Two thumbs up to the host

Our Host, Brian communicated in a timely manner with any questions we had. The home was lovely and clean and the close proximity to the pool was a bonus! We had a fabulous time!

Jaco was great, the apartment was clean, well represented online and incredible communication by the host! Looking forward to returning to Costa Rica soon. Brian, thank you for all the help and responsiveness.

Excellent house in upscale, secure community

Went to Jaco with a group of friends for a week of surfing and golf. The house was very clean and modern in an upscale, secure community. The arrival process was smooth and we had no issues during our stay. Brian did a great job communicating expectations beforehand and reaching out while we were there. Easy walk to the beach and Uber is always available. Zero complaints and many great things we will talk up when getting back home.

Beautiful Home

We came with our family. Group of 7. Briana house was spotless! Probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. The amenities on the property are beautiful. Definitely would stay again. The only thing that might make it better is if there was bicycles became the walk to Jaco was a bit far in the heat. But overall I would give Brian a 10/10!

2 Weeks in Paradise

This is the perfect place to stay in Jaco. Beautiful home with all the amenities and GREAT security. Clean, fully loaded (kitchen/cable/fast wife/washer dryer). Only 10 minutes to the beach and about a 20 minute walk into the center of town. There's a wonderful gym just 5 minutes away about $7 per-day, less if you book the whole week. Access to the main highways for excursions and exploring other areas of Costa Rica is fantastic. Owner was particularly helpful in listing for us great restaurants and excursions. My kids (11 and 13) had 2 hour spanish lessons in town and then 2 hour surf lessons at high tide. I couldn't recommend this more highly. It is a GREAT place to stay. The swimming pool is 50 steps from the house and it is really, really nice!

The house was great. I wish we stayed longer. The description really under sells the house. Good spot in town and it was super quite at night. The pool was large and clean. Every room had ac which was nice. I wish the beds were a little more comfortable but other then that I don't have any complaints. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone.

We were a family of six, staying six nights. This rental exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, spacious, and included everything we needed to cook and keep up with our laundry. The beds were comfortable! The gated community is very well maintained, safe, and has a gorgeous pool, which is literally just outside the back gate of the rental. We met a lot of very nice people while walking around or chilling at the pool. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants nearby. Brian was always very responsive and was a wonderful host. We had a great trip and would absolutely stay here again.
