Ce penthouse en bord de mer Palms Jaco offre les vues les plus spectaculaires sur Jacó!

Le Palms Jacó offre un emplacement privilégié en bord de mer sur la plage de Jacó! Situé à l'extrémité nord tranquille de la plage, cette unité du 10ème étage offre une vue magnifique sur le coucher du soleil, ainsi que des vues panoramiques sur le reste de la plage bordée de palmiers de Jacó au sud. Le Palms Jacó dispose d'une piscine en bord de mer, d'un accès direct à la plage ainsi que d'un accès à la piscine et aux restaurants du Croc's Casino Resort voisin. . . . c'est la destination de vacances idéale.

Ce penthouse de 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains est situé au dixième étage et dispose d'un balcon surdimensionné avec vue sur l'océan avec barbecue électrique, d'une grande table extérieure et de six places assises. Vous profiterez d'une vue imprenable sur la plage et les montagnes vertes rencontrant l'océan toute la journée, mais spécialement au coucher du soleil.

Le mobilier et les accessoires sont modernes et luxueux, y compris des appareils en acier inoxydable tels qu'un grand réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, cuisinière / four et lave-vaisselle. La configuration de la literie est un lit King, un lit Queen et deux lits jumeaux. Ces lits jumeaux peuvent être réunis avec des draps King et un coin en mousse entre eux pour former un lit plus grand.

La copropriété Palms Jacó est idéale pour les familles et les groupes qui souhaitent profiter de la plage avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. À seulement quelques minutes à pied ou en taxi du centre-ville de Jacó, l'extrémité nord de la plage est plus calme que le reste de la plage de Jacó. Une courte promenade vers le nord, après l'embouchure de la rivière, est Monkey Beach, qui donne le sentiment d'être dans une crique isolée et privée, et est un favori des pêcheurs locaux.

Le Palms Jacó propose une grande piscine en bord de mer et une petite pataugeoire pour les enfants, toutes deux donnant sur la plage. Nos clients ont également accès à la piscine et aux restaurants du Croc's Casino Resort voisin.

This was a beautiful property in one of the best locations on Jaco beach. The property manager Gabriel was fantastic. He was so attentive to all inquiries and met us upon arrival to show us the property. A beautiful spacious condo with a gorgeous patio where we enjoyed sunset dinners! Access to Croc’s hotel amenities next door was a big bonus for food options and the pool and spa. We also hired a private chef through Gabriel one night an had a wonderful dinner served on the patio. Truly a 5 star condo and service from Gabriel!

Our stay in Jaco was amazing. Our condo was very fitting for everyone. Everything was comfortable and safe. Very close to all the fun in town and the beach. Are property manager that we worked with Gabrielle was there for our every day and made our stay very enjoyable.

Host was EXCELLENT! Very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable.A few things just to help newbies to Costa Rica, as we were.The sand and pool grounds are HOT!!!! MAKE SURE YOU BRING SHOES FOR THE POOL AND THE BEACH! Trust me! Only other thing I would have changed is that I am not a fan of the particular coffee pot, but that is personal preference. It’s the drip kind with the funky top that has to connect with the filter or all of the water gathers into the filter area. I gave it a good cleaning, just be mindful.Excellent place, would absolutely stay there again! Can’t recommend it enough!

We loved our first visit to Jaco and The Palms 1001. The ocean and sunset views from the penthouse were spectacular. Watching the Scarlet Macaws in flight from the 10th floor was amazing. We will be back!

The perfect unobstructed sunset!!!!

To start the host was very communicative and easy to get everything squared away. I have been in Jaco many times and it’s rare to find everything in a condo that works BUT THIS CONDO WAS FANTASTIC! Very lovely and accommodating security staff, the host was a text or call away if we needed anything at all, and the showers were hot and high water pressure! A must rent if you are coming to Jaco

Our family of 5 stayed mid March and had a great time. The condo is well appointed and the balcony is amazing. Peaceful mornings and great sunsets. The shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispensers are a nice addition. Plenty of towels and cooking supplies. Gabriel is very helpful with recommendations and quickly responds. 5 stars all around !

This Condo!

If you rent this apartment, you will not be disappointed! The quietness of the north end of the beach combined with the most spectacular view, it is paradise. The apartment is well furnished with everything you will need. There were six of us in total (all adults), and at no time did we feel crowded. The spacious balcony was wonderful for enjoying breakfast and watching sunsets. Gabriel was the most informative and easy to reach and willing to answer any question you may have.

Quiet location With Everything You Need!

My husband and i just visited this property with our 2 teenage children. We were only in Jaco for 2 nights so it was a quick visit, but we would definitely visit again and spend more time. The unit is clean and well kept and very well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, and supplies. The property has a nice pool, but you also get access to Crocs resort & casino next door which was a treat! We would hit the beach and get hungry and then head to Crocs pool to lounge and have food/ beverage service delivered to our chairs. This is a really nice & secure property! Gabriel with the property management company met us there at our arrival, greeting us at check in and giving us a quick tour as well, which was a very nice touch! This property is beautiful - book it and enjoy!

Great condo in Jaco!

Great condo for families. We had access to the Crocs pool next door which the kids loved! They have a great bar for the parents and the food is great. Gabriel was very helpful with helping us book excursions. He made a grocery run for us and had our refrigerator stocked which was a relief after spending hours at the airport in customs upon our arrival. Would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jaco. Pura Vida!
