Manhattan frappe Jaco 3br / 3. 5 ba panoramique sur l'océan Vues

Très moderne, nouveau 3 BR / 3. 5 BA condo en bord de mer avec vue panoramique sur l'océan. Il dispose de 3 balcons séparés, un de chaque chambre. Le balcon principal enveloppant donne directement sur le coucher de soleil et l'océan. Vous pouvez littéralement frapper une balle de golf dans l'océan depuis le balcon. Wifi gratuit sans fil, bien sûr.

Le mobilier est très haut de gamme avec des canapés en cuir blanc, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils haut de gamme, le tout face à l'océan dans un salon tout en verre. Les murs qui composent tout le coin du salon / salle à manger sont en verre avec 4 grandes portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur l'océan.

La piscine est juste à l'extérieur de la copropriété, balcon est au-dessus, cascade, etc et vous marchez directement sur la plage, sous la palmeraie.

Dans les soirées toujours avec un coucher de soleil, nous dînons dehors, en regardant les surfeurs avec un verre de vin sur le balcon. Nous l'aimons là-bas. Vous aussi.


Pratique et sûr: La propriété est juste sur la plage ... donnant sur l'océan et à seulement un pâté de maisons de la rue principale dans le centre de Jaco ... donc tous les restaurants, boutiques et activités sont juste à distance de marche.

La gestion sur place est là tous les jours et les gardes de sécurité sont là 24/7.

La direction peut aider à organiser facilement un certain nombre d'activités dans la région.

Check in was good. Host communicated well. Some ceiling lights were burnt out or flickered. Could not control the temperature in the kitchen, living room, dining area. Shut the a/c off with the remote and it still put out cold air. Beautiful facilities. Awesome view.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo arranged all of our events except for a last minute fishing trip and impromptu hike. The view of the ocean and beach is perfect from the balcony and the condo is very spacious. Perfectly positioned for everything we wanted to do while in Jaco Beach.

Very nice condominium complex. Unit had a beautiful view of beach. One block from main road made shopping and dining easy. Beach was not a “sit out at the beach” type of beach. Walkable but not cleaned up. Lots of fun activities in the area and the pool area was lovely.

Our stay was perfect, our penthouse was as per pictures with a million dollar view. We sat on our balcony and watched the surfing competition and the next week enjoyed watching the locals tent on the beach and enjoy their Easter holiday. Felt comfortable walking Jaco Beach and the town. There are any restaurants to choose from.everyone very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to go to Jaco, Costa Rica again.

Ocean view was amazing

Condo was very nice. We unfortunately didn’t have warm water for showers while we were there. We did get it our last day. Pool was nice to hang out.

Yes that is quite frustrating I am sorry for that as the damn coolers that generate the hot water had an emergency leak and had to be repaired in the entire building Apparently it shut down all 10 floors with 30 units total all turned off for repair the maintenance crew had to do an emergency repair so sorry for the inconvenience Have seen this happen once before (in the 14 years) I have had the unit but never can guess when it will fail Again always a mess when that happens I apologize for the inconvenience

Great place to stay in Jaco

If you’re staying in Jaco, I recommend staying at this condo. It is very clean, well stocked, and has beautiful views. Pool was also very nice and clean. There is security so we felt safe. The condo is located on beach and we could walk to the nearby restaurants and shops. We didn’t hang out at the beach because there was debris from the recent storm so we stayed at the pool most of the time. Overall, really nice place and owner/property manager provided good recommendations for activities.

Nice Peaceful Property

Stayed at Diamonte del Sol "Manhatten" condo and it was very nice. Accomodation was clean and as depicted in the pictures. Very spacious and open. Master bed was a little more firm than we like. Million dollar views of the ocean with the surrounding balconies and big bay windows. Security in and around the complex is very attentive, which made us extremely comfortable during our stay. Easy access to the ocean as well as the shops and restaurants in the Jacó area. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves crash. VRBO host and condo property manager were all responsive to any questions we had. Overall great place to enjoy a nice and relaxing vacation.

I can't wait to go back!

My stay in Jaco Beach was more than expected. The images of the condo on the website doesn’t do it justice. When I first entered, I was very impressed with how clean and well-kept everything was. It had one of the best views overlooking the beach. All the stores, clubs and restaurants were close and in walking distance. I consider the time spent there to be up there on the best vacation taken so far.

My wife and I live in Vail, CO and have two small children. We both work at the hospital there and love to take the kids to Costa Rica to get away from the snowy mountains. The unit is very easy with little people as the pool and beach are right there. You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping, activities, etc.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We have been to Costa Rica 8-10 times and it is a safe, kind country. The population is educated and we find the country interesting and fun. Very little crime, especially against visiting Americans, as we indirectly protect them; they have no military and we have many Marine bases there. The country looks like Hawaii without all the 'rules' of the US and is much less expensive and FAR more interesting. It is by no means third world anymore.
