Get away from it all in this spacious pool home on a canal that leads to the Tampa Bay. Watch the sunset as you relax by the pool in the enclosed lanai, go kayaking, fish out on the dock, and maybe even see a dolphin or manatee in the canal. This beautiful 3BR/2BA home is great for the whole family. 15-30 min away from several beaches, nearby supermarket, 35 min from Busch Gardens, and only 1 hr 20 min from Disney.

More details:
Comfy 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom. Direct access to the private patio and pool area from the master bedroom and one of the additional bedrooms, as well as from the kitchen and two dining areas. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with new stainless steel appliances.

The patio and pool area is enclosed by a lanai with doors that lead to the backyard and dock. There is a doggy door in the lanai so your furry friends can access the fenced backyard and play all day.

There's plenty for the kiddos and the whole family to do - from playing in the pool, to kayaking down the canal to the Tampa Bay, to movie night in our comfy, spacious living room on the large smart TV.

You can tie a small vessel to the dock. Contact owner for max length.

The place was clean. We had one question about the spa and the host responded within 60 minutes. It has everything you need. It is in a quiet neighborhood which is nice. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities which is nice and not nice. I would recommend bringing some bug repellant. The nooseums were rampant.

The neighborhood, the pool area, living area, we’re all positive. could’ve been a little bit more attention paid to the cleanliness of the pots and pans, several handles were missing off dressers, loose table chair, legs. Some of the areas of the house needed a little bit more TLC but overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and the communication with the property owner was very good.

Perfect vacation home in Tampa - Spacious, supplied everything we needed and more! From pool floaties, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods/ lures, soaps, wine! And our own private dock which we were luck to catch 4 different types of fish! The location was central to many of our excursions and our family had a wonderful time. Thanks again for hosting

Great house

Nice house, good location. We saw manatees and dolphins swimming in the canal daily. Not a bad drive to the beach, fishing piers, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent place to stay

Everything was exactly as described. Communication with property host was top notch. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The pool was wonderful and in top working order. Location was great to Tampa/ Sarasota/St. Pete.

Great house for our family

Peaceful & rejuvenating

Day 1: First overall impression was good until we started unloading. Opened the fridge and almost fell over to the smell of rotten fish. Had to remove all the shelves and drawers to clean it. Also found lots of black hairs in it. After thoroughly washing it it still stunk. Went to the store and bought Lysol Disinfectant and Odor Eliminator and baking soda. After using these it was better but still fishy. Went to go to bed and found the sheets had not been washed and smelled of body odor. Had to wash the sheets before going to bed. Day 2: The next day we went to make breakfast and found the stove would not turn on. Called the manager and he sent the electrician over to check it out. Had to replace the stove. Also mentioned the refrigerator smell and they sent someone over that evening to clean it with vinegar. The dining room chairs had food stains on them. Only cleaned the two we used. Also went outside and cleaned all the patio furniture and washed down the patio as they were dirty.Day 3: The next day the stove was replaced. One of the outside fans also did not work and I asked for it to be fixed. The electrician said he was going to go get a new one and would be back. He never came back. The fan was still not fixed when we left.Day 4: The electrician showed up to change out a leaky pool filter and afterward said he would be back with the fan. We waited. He never came back.Day 5, 6, 7: Able to enjoy house.Used VRBO many times prior with no issues.

We take great pride in maintaining this home to professional vacation rental standards, so we feel it is important to provide accurate context to this review. During this stay, the stovetop malfunctioned for the first time - an unforeseen appliance issue that can happen in any home. As soon as it was reported, our team worked to source a brand-new replacement locally (at a significant additional cost to expedite the process) and had it fully installed by the very next morning. We also proactively provided compensation for the inconvenience. Regarding the refrigerator, this concern was not reported to us. Once it was brought to our attention, our team was on-site within the hour and addressed it. Claims regarding unwashed sheets are simply false. This property is professionally cleaned between every stay, including all linens, furniture, and dining chairs. Only 1 of the 3 exterior fans was not functioning during this stay. We had already ordered new fans, communicated this to the guest, and installed them immediately after checkout. All 3 fans are now brand new and fully operational. We take every guest concern seriously and always act quickly to address any issue that arises. This property is professionally managed and maintained, and future guests can book with confidence knowing their experience is always our top priority!

Perfect Retreat on the Canals You and your dogs will love

Easily one of the best properties I’ve stayed at for a short term rental. The owner was extremely communicative prior to check in and while the hot tub was left in service mode when we got there, the pool guy came to fix it within an hour of sending a message to the host. The house itself was impressively stocked with everything we needed for the week. We will definitely be back.

Excellent property

The house is well-kept. Our family had an excellent vacation here. Very clean throughout. Air conditioning worked well in all rooms. Pool and spa were extremely enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed restful sleep in the beds. We cooked nearly every night. The location is very convenient to shopping and highways.

The house was spacious for our family! The pool was beautiful and the spa was an excellent plus! The house was fully equipped with all the essentials. Ultimate Relaxation

The property was located on a beautiful canal. The house was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed seeing a couple of dolphins a manatee and plenty of fish! The spa and pool were both very welcomed after a days work. The kayaks provided us with a great way to explore the canal we paddled out to the bay. Our fur babies also enjoyed their time! The host was wonderful and took care of any and all questions immediately!!! Will be back for another stay!
