Bright and lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the second and third floors of a fully renovated, graceful Mediterranean Revival house on THE best, quietest, tree-lined block in the Westholme neighborhood of Long Beach. 3 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from the center of town and train station, and 3 blocks from the lively West End. And more: 2 blocks to CVS and 2 blocks to a Mobil station! Walk or bike pretty much anywhere!

The apartment boasts a furnished private balcony with outstanding 270-degree views with eastern, western, and southern exposures. Beach passes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels included. Also included is a crucial amenity: dedicated off-street driveway parking (this is a must-have during the summer months). Exudes historic charm, including original 1930s stained glass window and cast-iron, claw foot bathtub with shower. Mod-cons, too: TV (with Apple TV), WiFi, AirCon, baseboard heaters, coffee bar, pantry with selection of complimentary snacks. Well-appointed kitchenette (small but efficient). Laundry service included in rent. This is a cottage-like A-frame apartment: it is super cute and cozy, headspace is lower in corners (see photos). MAX guests: 4 people. No pets please.

We loved staying at The Tulip House! The space is so comfortable. It's very private and every little detail has been thought of. You can walk everywhere you need to from here. We enjoyed an Irish Parade on a Saturday. Chris and Lynn were awesome hosts.

We had a great stay in Long Beach. The apartment is 2 blocks from the boardwalk. It can’t be beat. The off street parking was key. Would deff look to stay here again

Fun Labor Day Weekend
Great Long Weekend in Long Beach! Having the parking, beach passes, chairs, and towels made for a super convenient walk to the beach. The apartment was well stocked with towels and bedding, and a few great snacks and coffee! Roof top deck was comfortable and private. Chris and Lynn were wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We understand the importance of having privacy and independence while you travel, but of also enjoying the comforts and neighborhood experience of staying in an impeccably well-kept house. Why they chose this property

The Westholme neighborhood of Long Beach, NY is a quiet, tree-lined, and often flower-fragrant area with many beautiful early 20th-century houses built in a variety of architectural styles. It is a family-friendly neighborhood on the beach, with a more tranquil vibe compared to the vibrant restaurant scenes that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes in any direction. Yet it is located at the heart of everything in Long Beach. The people who live here most enjoy the combination of traditional houses, local community, and proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and train station (49 minute express train whisks you straight into the heart of Manhattan).

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location: it doesn't get any better than this! But also, the house itself, which was built in the 1930s and is architecturally distinct, has been fully renovated. It's not only comfortably well-appointed but feels quite private. You will be happy you chose Tulip House 😀 .
