- BOOK NOW for Summer, Fall rental.. New living room furniture just added.Brand new, beautiful BEACHSIDE two bedroom, one bath apartment with private entrance four blocks to the beach! This rental is a brand new apartment with central air conditioning, washer, dryer, private outdoor space. The sleeping accommodations are for four people with 4 beach passes, chairs, umbrella included as well as a gas grill for cooking included.
Walking distance to the LIRR, bars, restaurants in the center of town
One week is the minimum required length of stay during the months of July and August. Available for monthly off season rentals beginning September 30. includes all utilities. Discount offered for monthly bookIng.
Monthly pricing available October through May. $3700/month
