Location correcte

Logement bien équipé au niveau vaisselle. La surface est très petite une fois la table ouverte. Manque l'indication qu'il n'y a pas de cafetière autre que dosette. Impossible d'isoler la partie nuit. Logement très bien situé très proche centre ville. Parking souterrain très bien

Ce logement mérite d être rénové. L appartement est resté dans son "jus". Certaines prises sont en mauvaise état. En revanche il est bien situé dans le centre ville de St Gervais (/!\ un peu bruyant) et la disposition dans la pièce est plutôt fonctionnelle.
