Profitez de ce charmant charmeur de style Key West avec une ambiance insulaire funky et amusante. C’est la 3ème rangée de l’océan dans la fabuleuse plage de South Forest. Et, dans le plus pur style méridional décontracté, deux niveaux de porches s’étendent sur toute la longueur de l’avant de la maison. Rassemblez-vous et détendez-vous sur des fauteuils à bascule et des balançoires de porche pendant que les fans remuent la brise marine. Dans la salle d'accueil accueillante se trouvent une cuisine, une salle à manger et un salon rénovés, décorés dans des tons de bijoux audacieux. Cela conduit à une * piscine chauffée et à un spa ainsi qu’à un porche doté de moustiquaires avec encore plus de fauteuils à bascule pour se détendre. We had a great time at this property. Everything you could possibly need was provided for at the house and the porches and pool/spa area were perfect. Just a short walk to the beach where our little Jack Russell had a great time too! We had a really good experience!

Great location - house a little dated

We had a wonderful trip. The location and proximity to the beach is what you pay for! The spa was a little hard to get heated and the house is outdated in many areas but comfortable with good outdoor spaces.

Wonderful

Excellent location and plenty of room. Kitchen well appointed and great washer and dryer. Had some trouble with Spa but they sent help (twice) and ended up returning the fee so all is well. Just steps to the beach and wagon supplied to load up the grandchildren. Overall great

The house is exactly as advertised. Short enjoyable walk to the beach. Short bike ride to other island attractions. Perfect size and space for out party of seven. We are looking forward to booking again for our next visit.

Beach House with Pool

Our whole family enjoyed our stay. Loved the spa and heated pool. Only a 5 minute walk to beach. Large home. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Appreciated having beach towels, bikes, and credit toward beach chair rental. Enjoyed use of front porch, side screened in porch, and 2nd floor front balcony. The only negative was that the other 2nd floor balcony didn’t have any furniture on it. Would rent again on our next visit to HIlton Head.

Just what we wanted!

A nearly perfect spot! Very easy beach access and not a crowded area, and the inside of the home was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and set up well for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. Minor complaints- the grill didn’t work, pool was smaller than it seemed in pictures, and the pool patio needed to be swept and power washed and had a broken/dirty patio umbrella. However, these weren’t big issues for us and we would definitely stay again.

Great location

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The best thing about it is the location. It is a very short walk to the beach, and the street is very quiet and safe. I felt completely comfortable sending my older kids back to the house if I wanted to stay on the beach a bit longer. We rented bikes for the week, and Sea Pines beach club is a mile ride down the beach, where you can grab a delicious lunch and drinks. You can also do a short bike ride to Coligny plaza, where there are lots of cute shops, many dining options, and ice cream! As for the house itself, the kitchen was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very quick to respond when we had trouble with the hot tub heater. The master bedroom is up a separate set of stairs and so is not connected to the rest of the bedrooms. I think it might have been intended as a lock-off at some time. So if you have small children who wake up in the middle of the night, this might not be the house for you. There is a screened in porch on one side of the house - which we definitely enjoyed. The only thing I was disappointed about is that you cannot see the pool area from inside the house. If the kids are swimming in the pool, you can't keep an eye on them unless you are also sitting by the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Great Location

The house was very spacious and was able to accommodate 10 of us, the hangout space in the addition was great for the kids to get away. It was an easy walk to the beach which was great when someone wanted a sandwich or forgot something at the house. The house is in need of a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves.

Family Beach Week

The curb appeal on this property is great and located steps from the beach! It has a newly updated exterior with a great front porch for sitting! The unit is unique in that there are actually two living spaces, a master bedroom (newly updated bath) with small kitchen area (partial/newly updated) and living area (outdated furnishings) in one section of the house with a living room/dining room/kitchen (full) and three bedrooms in the other section of the house. I would not recommend this home if you have small children as the master is completely removed from the other bedrooms. The main kitchen has been updated with new countertops, however the appliances and cabinets have not been updated. The ceiling in the kitchen is low with lighting that one needs to maneuver around if you are over 6 feet tall. The living/dining room is roomy, but the furnishings are older and could use a cleaning. The spiral staircase to the three bedrooms is unique; however, it may prove to be challenging for elderly. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom; however, no updates. We struggled with the air conditioning in the main part of the house. The lower level was freezing in order to cool the bedrooms upstairs. The pool was in good condition. There was plenty of pool furniture; however, several of the seats on the chairs were torn and unusable. All the chairs were also in need of a good cleaning as they were mildewed. The property management company was awesome! Great communication prior to our arrival and the keyless entry made our arrival seamless. We made a service call regarding a water leak and literally within minutes had someone on site evaluating the problem. The unit was very clean. Terrific customer service! We have vacationed at Hilton Head for over 25 years and have experienced a wide range of rental homes. This South Forest Beach home has a great location to the beach and Coligny Plaza, yet did not provide the value we were expecting.
