THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company and property management company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee for $130.

PACKAGES DELIVERY: You may send packages to the home during your stay - they will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, Amazon (not third party sellers) DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEATER: Pool heat is FREE - October -May. After May a $15 per day fee prepayment applies unless otherwise agreed. Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date. The maximum temperature of the pool is between 86-90°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.

* Max of 7 guests unless previously approved by owner. All guests must be registered in our security system to gain access to the community. An ID and a signed agreement is required prior to check-in - without it, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
* We reserve the right to evict and not provide a refund to any guests breaking these rules.
* Please note, we do have a Ring doorbell/camera that records sound and video. We use it for emergency purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests.
