We have air conditioning, heating, and outdoor furniture, this vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it the ideal base for your Farmerville get away. This house in conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Farmerville where you will find grocery stores, fast food restaurants and other shops including antique stores. In addition, our house is truly a treat for fishermen. Lake D' Arbonne is one of the top fishing lakes in the country and home of some of the top fishing tournaments in the US. Even if just for relaxation and to unwind from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Lake D' Arbonne is a great place to go.
FYI: No events/gatherings held in/on the property. Parking is limited. Boat launch nearby, we only have a boat house to store/tie your boat.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Strip all used beds, fold the quilts put them aside. Put dirty linens and used towels in the laundry baskets and store them close to the front door,
Rinse w/ dish soap all used kitchen utensils( Put food particles, grease/used cooking oil in a jar put them in the trash as we don't have a garbage disposal. Load them all in the dishwasher and run it
Remove personal items, anything left in the house after check out will be in the trash. Turn off lights, turn off AC and push the lock button when you leave. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fees are lowered to compensate incidental insurance. If there’s no claims against you, refund will be returned 15 business days after checked out.

Beautiful property on a beautiful lake. Very comfortable and roomy cottage with a nice covered porch just steps from the lake. Booked during the local watermelon festival with live music, activities, food and crafts. That was a fun experience for adults and kids in addition to the stunning lake. I definitely recommend.

Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quite often featuring beautiful sunrises and plenty of birds around. The house and the serenity of the lake is truly a beautiful place to relax and unwind from your busy schedule. We all need a good place to unwind from time to time.

We just need to be in the same page to avoid misunderstanding.
