The apartment for 2-8 persons in the house larch forest is located on the sunny plateau of Niederthai at 1 550m above sea level. Due to its location away from the Ötztal highway, Niederhtai and the holiday houses Lärchenwald and Leiter are the epitome of peace and relaxation in every season.

The comfortable, spacious apartment for 2-8 persons (80sqm) is equipped with 2 bedrooms (double room), a bunk bed room, living room with tiled stove, large kitchen with dining table, 2 bathrooms with shower / WC and hairdryer, satellite TV, safe and balcony ,

In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails start right outside the front door. Numerous managed pastures and huts invite you to linger and recharge your batteries. Bathing lakes, swimming pools, many open cable cars, children's fun park, via ferrata and much more. offer something for every relaxation taste in the Ötztal. With the Ötztal Card you can use practically all leisure facilities in the Ötztal free of charge. The Ötztal Card can be purchased directly in our house.

Snow safety and many hours of sunshine. Right in front of our house, you can strap on the cross-country skis and on the 20km of groomed cross-country ski trail make their tracks across the high plateau. The small but beautiful family ski area of Niederthai is especially suitable for children and beginners. The ski lifts and the local ski school can be reached in a few minutes. If you want to enjoy the gentle winter to the fullest, there are countless possibilities - snowshoe hikes in pristine forests and high valleys, numerous open huts and snack stations, 2 toboggan runs, ski tours to 3. 300m, build a snowman, snowball fight and much more.

Guests of our apartment will receive from 1. Day of your stay with us the "Niederthai Card" - the guest card for your winter holiday. With the Niederthai Card you can enjoy numerous benefits and perks. This card is included in the apartment price and is valid for the duration of your stay.

Lovely apartment

A lovely quiet apartment with all amenities that one could need. It was immaculately clean too. The hosts were a lovely family and made our stay super enjoyable. Wish we could have stayed longer. In summary the apartment is a perfect base for nature loving families.

Nice, clean, calm and beautiful lanscape

Casa com 2 quartos, sendo que um deles tem mais um quarto anexado o que na realidade faz com que sejam 3 quartos. Anfitriões muito simpáticos, o apartamento fica numa aldeia a 30 minutos de Solden. Zona muito calma, com paisagens inspiradoras. O apartamento encontrava-se impecavelmente limpo. Só faltava um microondas e uma máquina de café para poder beber um café expresso. Tencionamos regressar.

Extrêmement bien situé, cet appartement tenu par des hôtes accueillants tient toutes ses promesses. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'environnement immédiat, très adapté aux jeunes enfants. Ce fut un séjour dépaysant!

Gemütliche, saubere Unterkunft. Gute Betten.

Derzeit (September 2021) nebenan Hausbau. Laut Nachbar sollen 13 Häuser dort gebaut werden (ggf. bei Vermieter nachfragen). Ansonsten sehr schön gelegen. Jedoch keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (oder 7 km den Berg hinunter).
