The 5-star Villa Nerium is located only 70 meters from the sea and offers you all the modern amenities for a pleasant stay.
With 3 bedrooms (queen size bed) and 3 private bathrooms, we hope to meet all your requirements for your dream vacation.
In our yard is also a 4x6m pool with sundeck, shower in the garden and a barbecue.
If traveling with children, a high chair, a cot and a 3-in-1 stroller are also available.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

House Vantacici

The family Judd gave us a warm welcome. The house is very modern, neat and complete. The bakery and restaurants are very nearby. The harbour and beach is very close to the house. We are used to very large sand beaches in our home town. That is not available and for us one of the few disadvantages of a holiday in Croatia

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Nerium. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal, in Fußnähe findet man viele einladende Buchten und Strände. Auch Restaurants und Bars sind schnell zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus war bei Anreise sehr sauber, die Zimmer modern eingerichtet und die Terrassen/Balkone sowie der Pool sind sehr schön. Das regelmässige Wechseln der Handtücher ist ein guter Service! Uns wurde neben dem in den Bildern dargestellten Kinderbett noch eine Reisebett dazugestellt. Der verfügbare Kinderwagen war in top Zustand. Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus !!

Sehr gepflegte Villa in Spitzenlage

Schöne Villa in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Sehr viel Platz in allen Räumen. Außerordentlich freundliche Vermieter/ Eigentümer die sich um alles kümmern. Verständigung auf deutsch problemlos möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Villa und tolle Vermieter

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Nerium sehr genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber, der Poolbereich schön angelegt und man hat mehrere schöne Plätzchen zum Sitzen und Erholen. Es gibt Restaurants, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind und nur wenige Fahrminuten weiter rund um den Hafen von Malinska viele Restaurants, Cafés usw. und sogar Abendunterhaltung. Das Highlight sind jedoch die Vermieter, die einfach sehr, sehr nett sind. Sie sind immer zur Stelle, helfen immer und vor allem von Iva kann man viele gute Tips zu Restaurants oder Ausflügen erhalten. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Raramente mi è capitato di trovare un posto così esattamente identico a come lo sognavo... Le foto, la descrizione non riescono a rendere l’idea di questo posto.. La casa non si può definire meno che meravigliosa!! Tutto è come vorresti fosse! La posizione fantastica! Due passi dal mare e da una serie di posticini sul mare per mangiare. La tranquillità è assoluta!! I proprietari genitilissimi!! Ci portavano sempre prodotti dei loro campi, olio, Zucchine, Pomodori... e il giorno della partenza 2 bottiglie di Merlot fatto da loro!! Tornare a casa è stato difficile! Iva e Branko grazie di tutto non dimenticheremo questi giorni!
