We would love for you to stay and enjoy our remodeled condo in the most convenient location that Branson has to offer. Just minutes from Silver Dollar City, Branson Strip and Table Rock Lake!

Two bedrooms boast King sized beds. the third has a Queen bed with a pack and play crib available with comfy mattress, for even our smallest of guests to make use of. Not forgetting the living room, which has a Queen sized sleeper sofa too. Each bedroom is complete with flat screen, Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows and movies.

Enjoy time on the deck, overlooking all the rolling hills of Branson and the Butterfly Palace or bask in the sun during those warmer days. Whether you enjoy eating out or preparing your meals yourselves, you will find all you need in the fully equipped modern kitchen. There is even a full laundry room for you, if you wish. We are located within walking distance to the pool, which is now closed for the winter season, but there are complimentary use of pool towels during the summer months.

Relax and make memories in the spacious living room, complete with 58" Smart Flatscreen TV and enjoy a meal or two around the dining table. We also own The Modern Jewel at the Vineyards Parkway which sleeps 6 and has no stairs, so why not come with friends and be close by!

this property was perfect for us. It was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a dance competition, so the stocked kitchen was nice to make our own meals. And the two bathrooms were wonderful to get two different dancers ready in the morning. We explored the property and found 2 different pools, which were both great! There were plenty of towels for all 6 of us, and plenty of hot water - regardless of what other reviews might say. I would stay here again!

Family Weekend

Not horrible but not spectacular. Floors were dirty, provide the minimum on toiletries. Pool is not in a remote area and was green our entire stay.

I’m sorry you were disappointed with your stay. I shall ensure the cleaners are aware of the floors and speak with condo management about the pool. I do however mention in my welcome book about items I recommend to bring with you, specifically toiletries. As standard we provide 4 dishwasher tabs, 4 laundry pods, dish soap, extra trash liners, kitchen towel and 6 rolls of toilet paper, including coffee and filters.

Not so great

We found hair on the blanket and in shower. The plug-ins in the master bath didn't work . The ac wasn't working properly . There was no place to park one night we had to park in a vacant lot up on the hill .

The hair was reported to my cleaning team, for which they apologize. AC was fixed as soon as reported to us. In regards to the parking, unfortunately a Friday is a very busy check in day for the area and although you were successful on day one of your stay, parking is first come first serve.

Overall Good but Little Annoyances

Overall this place was good, but there were several things where it just seemed like they cheaped out a little too much. The chairs around the table are VERY uncomfortable, so if you plan on playing games, it's not a good table for that. The towels seem like they are 20+ years old and need to be replaced. And I was REALLY annoyed that we were charged such a high cleaning fee and then were asked to take the sheets off our beds, start a load of laundry, run the dishwasher, and take out the trash. That was very frustrating to me as a guest. Otherwise though - the place was decent. We loved the location, the beds were comfortable, and the view was nice.

Thank you for your feedback Shannon. We appreciate it. The towels are 1 year old, however they do get washed very regularly, so I will ensure new ones are ordered. We charge $95 for cleaning and feel this is competitive compared to other condos at the Vineyards, who charge on average $125. We do request that some things are done prior to check out, but this is by no means compulsory. It’s simply to aid my cleaner on quick turnarounds. I’m sorry you felt otherwise. Overall I’m pleased you enjoyed your stay in Branson and please know you are welcome back any time.

Clean, spacious, and simple place!

Our stay in this unit was overall nice! Communication with the host was awesome and she responded quickly. Limited amenities inside the kitchen but nothing a quick trip into town couldn’t fix!

Close and comfy

Lisa is a wonderful host. Great communication. I brought a few issues to her attention before we left, and I have no doubt those will be addressed immediately. The property is nicely updated and located close to all of the attractions we were interested in visiting.
