The unexplained odor and the rotten banana left in the dresser are certainly not the experience we want guests to have. We also appreciate you documenting the broken blinds, drain stopper, and leaking toilet right away. Our team did offer to address the toilet during your stay, and we’ll follow up on the other maintenance items as well. I’m also sorry the pool was cloudy and uninviting. We understand why your group chose not to use it and will bring that concern to the appropriate team. Thank you again for helping us identify what needs attention. We’d be glad to have you back under better circumstances.
