We are located between the Beautiful Capitol Reef National Park to the East And Fish Lake national forest to North with Dixie National Forest to the South. Charming and clean

The place was very clean and very charming. The bed was great. The big down comforter was super comfortable. All the details were taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great value to price and you can bring the dogs!

The place was great for me my wife and our two dogs the only issue for us was that the location was a little out of the way of the adventures we had planned other than that we were very happy with everything.

Nice little spot

A cozy little motel-like spot. A bit off the beaten path, but was a great stop on our road trip through Utah! Was great to have the full kitchen to cook dinner for ourselves! Host responded quickly to our issues.

Solo to Capital Reef

This property was perfect for my solo trip to Capital Reef. It is small but has everything needed to cook. The shower was perfect after hiking. The location to the grocery store and just 30 minutes to Capital Reef was prime.

Not quite what I expected when I arrived. We actually decided not to stay and forfeit the cost of the room and book a different place last minute. I think it would be helpful if the owner would post numerous exterior photos so you get a better idea of the location.

Pleasant stay

Unit is small, but did meet our needs. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but shower was great. Sat outside on covered porch which was comfortable. Inside was well kept and decorated. Friendly owner.

Very cute, quaint place to stay! Small but has all you need! Shower was amazing, host greeted us as we got out of our car. Cat came to greet us shortly after. Only 30 minutes from capitol reef, so very commutable to your hikes. Four minute walk from the grocery store, and family dollar. Love that it’s pet friendly (and without a fee!!) Would stay here again

Family Vacation

The property manager never sent an email the day before our stay to tell us how to get into the property,I ended up calling her for that information.The property was dirty inside.All the dishes we used had to washed due to grease and residue on them.We only had 2 towels in our unit which had other peoples hair on them,The window in our unit would not close.The bathroom sink was very small.
