Overall outstanding. Great place for 2 to 4 people. Totally recommend. Love tje video games in basement. Plenty of snacks. This place has something for everyone of all ages. We didn't use the fabulous backyard amenities but I am sure they are great. Clean and decorated perfect. Plenty of seating room. Great front porch for just relaxing. Great place. Must stay here again

First of all, do not hesitate to make your reservation. This house is a home away from home. The hosts have thought of everything for your needs…comfy furniture and beds, toiletries, a drying rack in the laundry area, well stocked supplies in the kitchen… I could go on and on. Super clean with wonderful outdoor spaces front and back. The bonus is being minutes away from Mill Creek Park so you can walk or hike every day. We stayed 10 straight days. Make your reservation!! You’ll love staying here.

This is our go-to spot for our frequent visits to Youngstown and we love it so much! The house is very well cared for and we feel right at home when we stay. The location is awesome -- just steps away from the beautiful Mill Creek Park. We love the snack bar and toiletries station-- whatever you might need this home will have it. The best thing about staying here is how cozy! Steve and Sean are excellent hosts and thought of everything to make our stay fun and restful. Would highly recommend to anyone. Close to a lot of interesting places to visit and a very charming place to stay! The bed is comfortable, super clean, big, thick bath towels, lots of extras! When we return to Youngstown will definitely stay here!

What a great touch leaving a box of donuts at the house for the guest, And not just any commercial grade donuts, but those made "down on the farm" so as to speak ( Probably can't disclose the exact location using this platform though) This guest will be back in the future

Perfect in EVERY way! We have stayed in at least 30 Rentals/VRBOs. This host is the most thoughtful and generous we have encountered! Everything labeled is very helpful, snacks and coffee was greatly appreciated. The home is spotless. Steve’s communication was excellent. If anyone is in this area and does not choose this rental - you made the wrong choice! We hope to come back.

I don’t know where to begin explaining how wonderful this place is. The home is meticulous inside and out. We loved all the amenities that made our stay more than comfortable. Our grandson really enjoyed playing with the outdoor games while we all relaxed in the beautifully landscaped backyard. I especially loved the front porch where we spent every evening relaxing and reminiscing. Next visit, we’ll have to take advantage of the fire pit! Thank you Steve and Shaun. You’ve gone above and beyond to make your guests feel welcome. It’s definitely a home away from home. We hope to visit again!

The residence has everything you need. It lacks nothing that we needed. Cleanest place we have ever stayed at. The hosts have thought of everything. We have stayed there 3 times and will return this winter if there is an opening.

Great stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very cozy and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location near Mill Creek Park. If you forgot anything, no worries since the house was well stocked. We would definitely return, and hope to in the near future.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The amenities were an extra bonus. Would stay there again.
