Holiday directly behind the North Sea dike: The cozy studio apartment
Heimi I, is located on the second floor of an eleven party house and is located only about 300 meters from the water. From the living room with double wall bed, which provides space during the day, you have access to the balcony for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening and perfect to end the day comfortably. Through a small corridor you reach the small but fine kitchen and the bathroom with bathtub.
Simply ideal for a relaxing holiday!
NOTE:
The current, local visitor's tax and final cleaning can be found under the "administrative fee".
Non smoking accommodation.
The apartment is heated by a programmed night storage heater. The bathroom has an infrared heater.

Jahresurlaub

Im September haben wir 10 Tage hier verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine 1-Raumwohnungmit Bad, Küche und Balkon. Wenn man, wie wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und dort nur schläft und vielleicht mal frühstückt ist das okay. Es ist doch sehr beengt schon für zwei Personen. Frühstücken ist im Flur an einem Tresen mit zwei hohen Hockern. Sehr eng und unbequem. Leider kam in der Unterkunft kein so richtiges Wohlfühlen auf. Der Balkon schlicht und einfach zwei Stühle ein Tisch Betonfußboden. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist für zwei Mieter gedacht?? Wer zuerst kommt steht zuerst. Das Parken am Straßenrand ist recht schwierig, da dort viele parken. Ansonsten war es okay und wir haben die Zeit genossen.

Sehr schöne und vorallem saubere Wohnung, mit großem Balkon. Der Kontakt mit der netten Vermieterin, lief reibungslos. Die Lage ist super, es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Schöne Ferienwohnung, entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Zu wenig Infrastruktur und der Fernseher streikte immer über die Mittagszeit.

Die Vermieterin vermietet immer ein Parkplatz an zwei Gäste. Dann müssen sich immer zwei Gäste um den Stelplatz Nr. 6 streiten,weil beide Gäste haben Stelplatz Nr6 in ihrem Vertrag. Gewonnen hat der,der als erste kommt.Auf der Strasse zu parken am Wohenende ist sehr schwerig.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,einziges Manko ist,dass der Sttellplatz Nummer 6,gleichzeitig für 2 Wohnungen vermietet wird.Dies ist sehr ärgerlich. Allerdings kann man in der Straße selbst auch gut parken. Ansonsten alles top.Sehr gern wieder

Alles in allem super!

Die Wohnung ist gut und super gelegen. Ich habe Kaffeebecher vermisst und es müsste ein bisschen besser gesaugt werden, da war noch Dreck vom Vormieter und im Bad funktioniert die Lüftung nicht. Außerdem ist nicht ersichtlich, welcher Parkplatz dazugehört. Falls es die Nr. 6 ist, war der immer belegt. Sonst war ich aber zufrieden.
