Beautiful holiday home in the Seepark Nordhorn with sauna and whirlpool

'House by the lake'. Enjoy unforgettable days in the heart of the county of Bentheim am Vechtesee.

Notes on additional costs and fees:

Our house is furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area with a comfortable seating area, a dining table for 4 people and a modern kitchen, as well as a small storage room.

Start the day with an invigorating shower in our spa bath, or unwind in the whirlpool or in-house sauna.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with double beds (180x200cm and 160x200cm).

At the gallery, let the day fade away with a good book or a glass of wine in our comfortable loungers or enjoy the beautiful view.

The Grafschaft Bentheim offers a varied range of cycling and hiking trails. Culture lovers will get their money's worth with the large selection of museums and art trails.
And also for children there are many leisure activities such. B. the zoo in Nordhorn.

Der Check in und Check out war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war traumhaft so wie der gesamte Aufenthalt. Einiges Manko waren die Betten, welche schon durch gelegen waren.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön, alles liebevoll eingerichtet.Es ist sehr zentral nur 20 min zu Fuß bis in die Stadt und nur 10 bis zum Tierpark.Man muss leider nur beachten das man für alle Zusätze wie Bettwäsche und Handtücher usw. zahlen muss.

Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und bis auf kleine Ecken, die schnell mal übersehen werden können, sauber und intakt. Es gibt wenig persönlichen Kontakt zum Gastgeber und es wurde bei Ankunft nur fix der Schlüssel überreicht. Mag der eine vielleicht mehr als der andere.Die Entfernungen zur Innenstadt, dem Zoo und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unter 3km, also alles zu Fuß erreichbar, trotzdem ist der Park sehr ruhig.Nicht alle Wohnungen sind mit Zäunen ausgestattet, das ist für Familien mit Kleinkindern/Haustiere zu bedenken, da das Wasser doch recht nah ist, bei einigen Häusern direkt am Garten.Der Spielplatz im Park ist richtig toll, wenn auch noch inmitten einer Baustelle. Wir werden wieder kommen :)

Ungepflegter Außenbereich - sehr viel Spinnengewebe im Treppenhaus welches schon länger dort war - Fenster sehr schmutzig (Glasscheiben sowie Fensterrahmen) - ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und ein 1 Jähriges Kleinkind. Es gibt kaum etwas zu beantstanden. Wir haben uns an der Rezeption noch einen Hochstuhl geben lassen, den wir für eine Woche mit 10 bezahlen mussten, obwohl laut Plan eigentlich einer in unserer Wohnung hätte sein sollen, aber nicht war. Mit dieser Erklarung haben wir am Ende die 10 auch zurück bekommen. Im Bad unteren Bad, mit der Sauna und dem Whirlpool hatten wir immer wieder Füllwolleartige Flocken, es wirkte als ob ein Kuschwltier explodiert ist. Wir hatten keine Ahnung woher sie kamen, aber soe waren an Handtüchern, auf dem Boden und in der Badewanne, das war etwas unschön. Ansonsten war die Wohnung wie beschrieben, wunderschöne Umgebung, nette Mitarbeiter und ein kurzer Fußweg bis in die Innenstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nordhorn mit Hund

Unser dritter Aufenthalt in einem der schönen Häuser des Seeparks Nordhorn.Die Schlüsselübergabe, dieses mal via Schlüsselsafe, hat ohne weitere Probleme geklappt. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung, war sehr sauber und empfing uns mit einer Flasche Wasser und einer Flasche Weißwein als Willkommensgruß. Unsere Entscheidung, ein weiteres Mal nach Nordhorn in den Urlaub zu fahren hängt (auch) mit unserem Hund zusammen. Dort gibt es so viele Möglichkeiten schöne Spaziergänge (oder auch Fahrradtouren) zu unternehmen und überall sind Hunde gern gesehene Gäste. Es wird bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort gewesen sein!
Nicht überall sind wir mit einem so großen Tier gerne gesehen.

Nordhorn, eine Reise wert!

Die Lage des Ferienhauses könnte nicht besser sein! Nordhorn hat uns sehr positiv überrascht, nicht nur wegen des kaum zu übertreffenden Fahrradnetzes im Grenzgebiet Deutschland-Niederland, sondern auch kulturell als vergangene, führende europäische Textilindustrie, mit einer sehr interessanten Besichtigung des Nino-Werkes.

Tolles Haus, viel Platz, sauber und gemütlich. Die Küche könnte ein wenig besser bestückt sein und wir waren verwundert dass es keinen Grill gab. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns wohlgefühlt! Mit 2 Kindern Passts auch super!
