The master bedroom has a king size bed and large closet.
The second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed and a closet.

The bathroom is a new remodel and has a walk-in shower.

The Living Room has a couch, loveseat, and additional chair.
There is a Smart TV and WIFI!

The dining room table seats six people and there is a high chair.

Washer/dryer for guest use in utility room.

The kitchen is well set up with everything you need to cook meals. You supply the groceries!

Reservations with pets are given top priority!

House is two bedroom/1 bath with original hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room.

Large grass backyard

4 outdoor security cameras clearly visible for safety -- one covers front door, one covers back door, one covers the driveway, and one covers the back yard.
They are only monitored when the house is UNOCCUPIED unless there is concern and a reason to view them when guests are present.

TOS Rental Agreement due before checkin -- covers house rules, checkin/out instructions --- All checkins are done in person --- include quick tour of the house to eliminate worries/questions. Checkin is between 3 pm and 8 pm only. Please plan accordingly. Thanks!
