Alles, was Sie von der Ramsau vielleicht schon kennen, haben Sie hier - mitten im Dörfl - vor der Haustüre: die berühmte Ramsauer Dorfkirche mit dem Steg über die Ache und den Blick auf die Reiter-Alpe. Bergtouren und Ausflüge starten Sie eigentlich vom Wohnzimmer aus. Zudem können Sie alle Geschäfte, die man so braucht, in ein paar Gehminuten erreichen: Lebensmittelladen, Metzger, Bäcker, Souvenirgeschäft, Allgemeinarzt, Bank, Sportgeschäft, einige Kaffeehäuser und Gasthöfe. Das Loft (~ 130 m2) wurde im Frühjahr 2019 frisch renoviert und bietet viel Platz für 1-4 Personen.
