Lovely private studio apartment in beautiful garden setting

Quiet area. Walking distance to Admiralty Park and Clarence Cove (a beautiful beach with calm waters, caves to explore and cliff jumping). Bus stops right outside of house and we are less than 5 minutes from all the restaurants and shopping in the City of Hamilton. Landlords are right next door to assist with anything. Parking for rental bikes or a rental car only.

EZ check-in and one of the most comfortable BnBs I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend! Close to the bus stop and less than a 30-minute walk to Hamilton. Also very close to the beautiful Admiral Park.

Wonderful!

Wonderful location for easy access to local beaches, bus routes, and Hamilton. The studio apartment had lots of little touches that made eating/living convenient and easy (e.g., hooks for hanging items, sunscreen, beach towels, utensils).

Clean, quiet and convenient stay

Clean, quiet and convenient accommodations, minutes from Hamilton. Attention to detail and some nice complimentary snacks, drinks and better than average amenities. Appreciated the lift from Mark to pickup our microcar, along with local recommendations. Was also great we were able to charge our Swizzle after daily explorations around the islands.

We had a lovely stay here in our first time in Bermuda. It was clean, safe, quiet, and walking distance to a beautiful small beach at Admiralty House Park. This was our first time using Vrbo as well and it was a great experience. Thank you, Janet!

Suburban Hamilton room

Located 30 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to Hamilton on north side of city. Only one beach area locally but well located to get around by buses, ferries or taxis. Bermuda is relatively small with limited attractions but very pleasant people and our hosts particularly nice and helpful

My husband and I had a great time! We were able to walk to a beach, cliffs for jumping, and caves to explore. Our hosts assisted us in figuring out local transportation. We highly recommend this property for people who are looking to get away from the crowds. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Garden location

This is a lovely property, very well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very welcoming and provided thoughtful amenities in the studio. I will be booking again on my next trip to Bermuda!!

Could not be a better location, 5 minutes from Hamilton and a 2 minute walk to the fun cliffs and cove. the apartment is clean beautiful, and very quaint. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing in Every Way

Conveniently located very charming apartment. Hosts Janice and Mark are right next door and very accessible, friendly and helpful. We used the bus to get around the island as it is by far the cheapest mode of transportation . There is a bus stop right near the apartment. It is about a 30 minute walk to Hamilton, the main city in Bermuda. You can also use the bus. Admiral House Park is a five minute walk when you can swim and jump off the cliffs into the water We loved our time in Bermuda. The island is beautiful, safe and the people are friendly. We will definitely be back and will stay at this property again.

First time back in 48 years

The owners were great. Mark gave us a ride to Hamilton when we arrived. The room and the courtyard were just as described. Our only issue was we were riding the bus around the island and unfortunately, the last bus to Spanish point left Hamilton at 6 PM so we had to either return early or take a taxi back.

Great stay in Spanish Point.

Facilities were perfect. Chris and I felt comfortable and safe. We watched a movie on the big screen. The hostess was very careful to consider all of our needs. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

What an awesome place. Very comfortable, clean and well maintained. No complaints at all. Nice location to catch bus, 2 block walk to beach and cliff jumping, and 20 minute walk to Hamilton. The property owners were fantastic. Communicative, helpful and friendly. So enjoyed our stay in Bermuda and so pleased with our accommodations.

A great choice!

This studio is great! It had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. It’s very quiet. Exceedingly clean. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Quick ride into Hamilton. 2 small markets within walking distance (I recommend the one on Spanish Point Road, M. Soares & Sons).

Beautiful property with warm and welcoming hosts

Extremely comfortable, well kept, and nicely decorated accommodations. Honestly the hosts have better standards than any hotel room I've stayed at, coupled with some small thoughtful additional amenities you might need during your stay. There is an extremely convenient bus stop and the bus ride into town is about 6 minutes. Use google maps to take advantage of Bermudas easy to navigate AIR-CONDITIONED buses until 730pm and you wont regret it. Also, that was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I want it.

Fabulous suite!

The garden entry is beautiful and the suite itself is spacious and has everything you would want with a well stocked kitchen including complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival. The bed is comfy and huge with lovely linen. The TV has Netflix and other apps. Both Janet and Mark were excellent hosts and were attentive to my every need. They were able to give recommendations for places to see and eat at and even gave me rides into Hamilton whenever they were available. I highly recommend this suite for your holiday!

Clean and comfortable

Very clean and comfortable studio. The host pays great attention to details, from the advice and recommendations to the amenities provided. There is a bus stop just around the corner that will take you to Hamilton in just 5-7 minutes. The bus alternates between two routes, St John's and North Shore, but if you take just a short walk up the hill to the next bus stop you have access to both routes for more frequent service. The bus service does not run past 6 pm though, but there are plenty of taxis to bring you back after a night out.

Honeymoon in Bermuda

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon and first visit to Bermuda at Janet and Mark’s studio apartment, and it was perfect. Located in Spanish Point, the apartment is 3km to Hamilton, Bermuda’s one city and hub to all other locations on the island. Additionally, it is about 3 minute walk to Admiralty Park that includes a small beach and cliff jumping, and very conveniently sits right along the bus route into Hamilton. The apartment is well equipped with a comfortable king bed, little kitchenette and table, walk-in tile shower, and access to the patio including bbq. We ate out most days but we used the available amenities for several meals, which worked well. Janet and Mark are wonderful hosts, very friendly, and offering suggestions on destinations and rides into Hamilton - it was most appreciated! Highly recommended!

Mark and Janet are both Bermudians. Janet is a paralegal and Mark is a semi retired lawyer. We also own two dive shops on the Island. One at Grotto Bay Hotel in the east end and one at Somerset Bridge in the west end.

Our neighbourhood is lovely and quiet. We are very centrally located and are about 6 minutes outside of the City of Hamilton. We are right next to Admiralty Park which has a lovely little beach, and cliff jumping!
