Quiet location close to the Causeway

This is a great location. The private street is quiet and secluded but the restaurants and attractions on the causeway are only about a 10 minute walk. The house is nicely updated with comfortable furniture and great showers! We loved sitting on the dock at night listening to the loons on the lake. A great place for a quiet weekend to grill on the deck and play games in the yard. Highly recommended.

The owner is so sweet, and she was super helpful with all of our questions. We loved the quiet lakefront community in close proximity to multiple marinas which made it convenient to rent a boat and keep it docked only a few steps from the house, alongside a small sandy beach with a floating dock for swimming. We were lucky to see amazing sunsets while out on the water, and there is easy boat access to Brandy Pond and Sebago Lake. The public beach is within walking distance as well as marinas, waterfront shops, ice cream, and restaurants. The house and amenities were perfect for a family getaway with 9 adults, although seating for meals was tricky with table space for only four inside and four on the deck. Also, comfy seating on the deck which is peaceful with a nice view of the lake, and a nice fire pit just below. The house is shady with lots of windows for fresh air with floor and ceiling fans for circulation, so we really didn't need to use the air conditioners at all. It is 3 levels with the main living space up one level from the driveway, but the ground level garage-door entry made it convenient to unload the cars and keep things accessible for going down to the lake. Bedrooms and a full-size bathroom with nice showers on each of the 3 floors worked well for us, but there are no dressers (sturdy luggage racks in each room), and the only full closet is in the main floor bedroom plus another very small one in an upstairs bedroom. No complaints at all -we loved it!
