House with lake view near Lucerne / Sempachersee

We offer you the whole house privately for you. There are no other guests in the house! Lucerne can be reached in 15 minutes. 20 minutes to the Pilatus cable car and 45 minutes to the Titlis cable car. Interlaken (87 km) is a day trip.
Thanks to the lake view on Lake Sempach and a spectacular mountain panorama you have a particularly nice stay with us. Village store, medical center and ATMs are within 100 meters. To the calibration bath you need 3 minutes on foot.

We offer 7 rooms (3x double and 2 single rooms as well as a living room and kitchen) for your relaxing stay with us. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access.
Free parking is available next to the house.

Wonderful Experience

This property was by far our favorite in Switzerland. It was exactly as advertised and allowed us the opportunity to stay in a nice home outside the city of Lucerne on a gorgeous lake. The town is quiet but accessible to everything you need. The host was wonderful and it was also nice to catch up on some laundry. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet getaway but close enough to Lucerne and Zurich.

Excellent location and a house with many bedrooms. The extra-person charge was a bit high, jumping from 4 to 5 people, and not clearly labeled on the listing. Otherwise, it was a spacious house with a nice living room, and views of the lake.

Viel Bewegungsraum für Kinder. Reiche Auswahl vom Bobbycar bis zum Kinderbike. Strandbad in unmittelbarer Nähe. Haus war sehr komplett ausgestattet.

super fijn huis

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in Eich. Het huis is ruim en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het contact met eigenaar verliep zeer soepel. Als er iets is zoekt ze meteen een oplossing. Er is een winkeltje aan de overkant en een paar minuten met de auto een grote Coop.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans un super logement, plein de charme, accueillant, confortable et très propre. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été tous excellents. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison et y reviendrons avec plaisir si futur séjour à nouveau prévu dans cette région !

Sulweig is sociaal en flexibel

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Solweig was erg behulpzaam en meedenkend. Ze doet net dat extra stapje voor je waardoor het verblijf als relax wordt ervaren. We waren als 2 gezinnen met jongste van 12 jaar.

Notre constations: hébergement, cuisine et salle de bain au rez-de-chaussé un peu datée. Chambre, belle chambre bien lumineuse et spacieuse ( petit bémol les coussins sont trop mous) Le village, un peu triste, pas de bistrot où restaurant .

Gutgelegenes Eich

Es ist ein gut gelegenes Objekt. Vermieter sehr nett. Der Gartensitzplatz hinter dem Haus ist durch zwei Garagentüren erreichbar. Der vor dem Haus ist gut. Lage ist super. Wir würden wieder dieses Haus wählen. Gut zum laufen velofahren und zum alles unternehmen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist nah am Sempachersee und einem Einkaufsladen gelegen. Zwei Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über eine Lock Box. Trotzdem kam es zu einem sehr angenehmen, persönlichen Treffen mit der äußerst netten und hilsbereiten Vermieterin. Ihre Ausflugtipps waren großartig. Die Kommunikation war völlig unkompliziert und erfolgte immer sehr zeitnah. Das Ferienhaus ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (Sempach,Luzern, Vierwaldstättersee, Zürich).

Toller Aufenthalt trotz Regenwetter

Obwohl wir wirklich Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Vieles was bei schlechtem Wetter Spass macht ist in der Nähe...z.B. Shopping im Sursee-Center. Für unseren kleinen Sohn (4J.) war es auch mega cool. Es hat einen Spielplatz mit Rutsche und Sandkasten. Und auch Traktoren usw. stehen zum spielen zur Verfügung. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

charmantes Haus in Seenähe

Das Haus war älter jedoch gut eigerichet und sehr sauber. Das Haus befindet sich unmittelbar im Dorf. Ein Volgladen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieterin was sehr freundlich und gab gute Tips für Unternehmungen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.
