Such a beautiful place.

It is a lovely place, extremely clean, with a beautiful view. There is tons of room and great light. the whole place feels very welcoming and the main room feels luxurious.

Beautiful Stay

Great place to stay! It’s close enough to the center of town and Okemo about a mile or two, yet far enough to enjoy the views and nature! Make sure you ask for towels we didn’t have enough for the six of us. Will rent again in the future.

Setup of house is great and having responsive Vacasa staff was very helpful. There are some plumbing issues to work out that I mentioned to the staff and they were responsive about. Overall a good stay.

Ludlow Ski Family Getaway

The home was beautiful and the setting bucolic! The home was very clean, the electric fireplace a very nice touch after a long day of skiing, and plenty big for our family of five. Make sure as a previous reviewer mentioned to ask for extra bath towels as we did not have enough and they are pretty small. We also love cooking when we vacation and found that the kitchen could have used a whisk, a large bowl for pasta/fruit, and some kitchen hand towels. Maybe some more games for the kids and adults? I only offer these suggestions to make someone else’s stay even better than ours, and we really did have an awesome time!

Vacasa handled a dangerous situation poorly

We had a nightmare of a weather weekend (-20 F) causing the pipes to freeze and ultimately we are very disappointed with how Vacasa handled the incident. We had no running water, shower or toilets for nearly 2 days. Paid a ton of money for a long weekend and spent it filling the back of the toilet with water we stored so we could flush. Felt like we were camping. After several complaints and phone calls, they sent a handyman over to bring us space heaters, which obviously did not solve our frozen pipe situation. They NEVER sent anyone to check on us or the house afterwards and we haven’t heard a word from them since aside from us reaching out and getting “we have no update” responses. Extremely disappointed in how they handled what could have been a very dangerous situation.
