We offer modern cottages with a maximum occupancy of up to 4 people. The house Smilehul and house Pusterum are in close proximity to each other. This is how having a holiday together is fun. Haus Roschek is located in the center of the city. The market square and the beautiful Laurentius church are in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance you will find everything you need for your daily needs. Pharmacies, bakers, banks, the post office and the Tourism Center. Several supermarkets can be found in the immediate area.  

Holiday house "Pusterum":
Pusterum is Danish and means respite. Exactly this respite from everyday life should enable our house to them. Our spacious holiday home Pusterum offers with 92qm² living space plenty of space and comfort for 4 people. The house is located opposite our house Smilehul. Therefore, also offers a holiday together with a friendly family or grandparents. In this way you can spend the holiday together but everyone has their own retreat. Therefore ask for our combination offers. This holiday home was extensively modernized in 2018. During the refurbishment and furnishings, emphasis was placed on comfort, coziness and loving details. For reasons of hygiene, there are real wood parquet and tiles throughout the house. Maybe you bring some slippers with you. In the basement there is a spacious hallway. From the hallway it goes into a spacious dining room with inviting dining table which can accommodate at least 8 people. A high chair is available. The dining room is in the living room. This invites with two comfortable sofas and a Danish oven for reading, lingering, Schnacken or television shows. In the basement there is also one of two large bedrooms with a 180x200cm bed and another TV. Bed linen is of course included. It follows the kitchen with dishwasher, a stove, freezer, and fridge, a Nespresso and normal coffee machine and microwave. From the kitchen, it goes into the small courtyard. Here bicycles can be parked. The courtyard is also secured to the street with a door. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink and washer and dryer are also located in the basement. Hair dryer, towels are available. Through the hall you can easily reach the staircase to the upper floor in which the second very generous to the ceiling open and bright bedroom is located. It is also ideal for reading and relaxing. The bed with a size of 160x200cm is perfect for relaxing. Also this bedroom has a TV.
