This ski-in luxury condo with high-end log furniture and incredible mountain views awaits a couple or two, or a family. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, work table, the ensuite bathroom with a large stunning shower. The 2nd bedroom suite has two queen beds (queen over queen bund beds), luxury bathroom, TV, couch, microwave, small fridge, & table. The 1st-floor level allows entry and exits directly to the well-maintained grounds, shared hot tub & BBQ, world-class mountain biking, fishing, and skiing. Fernie has the MOST SNOW IN CANADA. Located in the Pine lodge building on the Fernie ski hill, this luxury condo features an open concept kitchen and living area, a ground floor patio with a door that you can use to access the condo. You can enjoy the beautiful mountain views while having your morning coffee or when coming back from your favorite activities. It has two bedrooms (one king size and two queen beds) and each one has its own ensuite bathroom.

This condo was completely renovated in 2021/2022 with high end rustic furniture , cabinets, countertops (all granite) and accessories, giving it a warm look and feel.

Kitchen and living room:
The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook your favorite meals. You can choose to eat in the kitchen using the beautiful stools or use the provided kitchen table and chairs. The gas fireplace can heat the entire place and you will have access to cable TV. It has a ceiling fan and Alexa is even there to help you along the way!

The rustic furniture with a small barn door is where you can find the wine and other glasses for entertainment purposes. There are also wine racks at your disposal.

In each of the entrance doors from within the building, you will find a closet and a number of hooks. You will have access to a ski/snowboard locker to store your gears (padlock and key are provided for the duration of your stay).

Master bedroom:
This bedroom has a king size bed, two night tables, a ceiling fan, a work space, hooks and shelves, and a luxury ensuite bathroom.

2nd bedroom:
This bedroom has a queen over queen bunk beds, a large smart TV, a microwave, a small fridge, a wall fan, a table with four chairs and a small couch. It is a perfect place for a couple or for children who want to have their own time.

Amenities:
You will have access to shared BBQs, ping pong table and a gazebo hot tub (controlled by the strata and is sometimes closed due to servicing, etc.). In the basement of the building, you can use the ping pong table in the game room and the coin operated laundry facilities.The parking is free (up to 2 parking passes are provided for the duration of your stay). No smoking or vaping.

Location:
Located at Fernie Alpine Resort. Downtown Fernie is less than 10 minutes drive where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, grocery and liquor stores, etc. Fernie also has incredible bike and hiking trails, along with amazing cross-country skiing possibilities. (BC REG: H836793803)

Cozy Mountain Getaway

Francois & Suzanne have a beautifully, well appointed and stocked property with everything you would need for a ski getaway or just a place to go and enjoy the beautiful nature. From the comfortable sleeping spaces, ample hooks and storage for ski gear, lovely updates throughout, and a postcard view out every window, there is not a thing a miss! We will be back!

Beautiful place and location

We loved our stay here. The condo was just as advertised, even nicer. It was cozy and had everything we needed. We came at a time when lots of snow fell. Our boys loved snowboarding at Fernie, and there were many nice restaurants in the area to choose from. Some cute little shops along the main street in town, if you have time for an afternoon of leisurely shopping. If you come in the winter, make sure you bring your snow boots!

The property was beautifully renovated and had absolutely everything we needed for an amazing ski holiday. The location was an easy walk to the lift and ski back. The tech was very modern and easy to use. The beds were soooo comfortable! The kitchen was very well stocked, BBQs and hot tub were convenient and the abundance of hooks was perfect for all of our gear. Plus, this unit has an amazing view of the ski hill and is very quiet. We all lived our stay and would definitely come back.

Great condo!

This condo was just as described. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Loved the view of the mountain while sitting in the reclining chair. Approx. 400m walk to the base of the mountain and then ski-in with a short walk to finish. Francois was very attentive and was a terrific help when we had difficulty connecting to the wifi. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo on the Mountain

As regular visitors to Fernie (two to four times a year), we’ve stayed in a number of different types of properties and this one is right up there with the best of them. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is great, as it’s on the mountain at the Fernie Alpine Resort. This makes it great for all year-round visits to go hiking or skiing. Francois and Suzanne were terrific hosts and their communication and instructions were great and very clear. I would definitely stay at this condo again and will recommend it to family and friends looking to stay in Fernie.

Lovely Spot, Nice Unit

We booked for a ski weekend in Fernie and this was a lovely space. The unit is nicely laid out, really good for 4 adults and able to flex to accommodate a larger dinner with friends. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes.A few small notes: the sinks in both bathrooms are copper and there's a note that they need to be wiped out every time they're used, the sheets on the bed had a few hairs that needed to be wiped out (not enough concern to want fresh sheets but didn't feel as clean as desired either) and there's a surprising amount of locked owner's cabinets. Plus there was some pretty clear instructions on temperature for the unit. Nothing we couldn't flex with but this would not be a good unit for someone who doesn't care about the details or wasn't careful with the space.

Fernie Condo

Francois and Suzanne’s property is exactly as depicted- the view is incredible. We enjoyed watching the groomers at night from the window and the beautiful Alpen Glow. At the time of our stay the temps were extremely cold- -30- and unfortunately the resort never opened. We spent our time exploring downtown, eating at the Fernie hotel pub which was great, and playing games at the condo. My husband is a professor and had to submit his winter grades when we arrived. Unfortunately the internet wasn’t working but Francois was very responsive and helpful and we had internet in no time. My only suggestions for improvement would be more spices and cooking oil, a few more cleaning supplies and possibly some books or games that guests could use. There is a little super market within walking distance for basic items. We also had a lovely dinner at Lizard Creek and had fun at the ice bar! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Why they chose this property

This condo has been completely renovated in 2021/2022. It has a rustic and charming look and feel that you will not find elsewhere. It has high-end accessories throughout.

It has the beautiful Fernie ski Hill Mountain Views right from the comfort of the living room. Being at the ground level means no big sets of stairs to carry groceries, etc… or when coming back from your favorite outdoor activities. Perfect location!

What makes this property unique

Location, location and location.. This condo offers beautiful mountain views right from the comfort of the condo. Being on the main level means quick and easy access to outside amenities (grass, gazebo hot tub, etc.).

Being on the ski resort means walking distance to a few restaurants, a small convenience stores, a ski and snowboard repair shop, a gear store (in case you forgot some of your equipment), and less than 10 minutes walk to the lifts!

This condo is also located 5 minutes away from downtown Fernie where various stores, restaurants, hospital, etc can be found.
