Summary:
This room is a part of the Sunset Motel located directly across from Lake Pepin in Lake City, MN. The hotel consists of traditional single and double motel rooms, a 3 bedroom house, and 2-3 bedroom condo units. All of the units have shared access to our heated in-ground pool. All rooms have recently been equipped with electronic locks for a seamless check-in process. We are centrally located near some of the area's best attractions including public beach access, top restaurants, golf courses, and marinas.

Guest Access:
Access to all guest rooms is provided by electronic smart locks. A welcome email will be sent out the evening before your arrival date.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Clean, comfy, perfect view

We loved the stay and the view. The process to check in and out was easy. Very dog friendly and so fun!

Nice clean room

Convenient and clean Good memory foam mattress ( could use a comfy topper) Good appointments - fridge and appliances, good water pressure, good hot water, clean laminate floor. A good all around place to stay.
