The property is right off the lake and has kayaks and paddle boards available for use. They also offered pontoon boat rental at an amazing price. Unfortunately, we were not able to do that this trip. The sunsets were beautiful over the lake. Very relaxing getaway.

Such a quiet peaceful setting. A place that was truly a home away from home. We enjoyed just sitting on the porch and the sun room watching the water and the neighboring wildlife.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cottage and plan to return to the peaceful retreat. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The beds were provided a good night’s sleep. The lake view from the enclosed back porch was beautiful and relaxing. Krista, our host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. If you’re near Shipshewana, this is a great place to stay.
