The cozy semi-detached house in the holiday resort of Neßmersiel offers everything you need for a successful holiday: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas for an evening with friends, quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds and a pretty little garden with a terrace. It is not far to the sea, and you will find things for your daily needs in the vicinity. The small seaside resort of Neßmersiel offers many opportunities for leisure activities, such as mudflat hikes to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney as well as combinations of paddling and cycling tours to explore the area. Highlights include: WLANActivities nearby: Whether collecting shells or going for a walk on the beach: discover the World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea. The seaside resort of Nessmersiel is the Mecca of mudflat walkers and with its fresh North Sea breeze made for relaxation and recreation. Nowhere else do you have such a wide range of offers for guided hikes into the mudflats. There is a sandy beach with beach chairs, a playground and a separate dog beach. An extra surf zone is ideal for wind and kite surfing. You might also take a tour of the island of Baltrum, where the ferries set sail from the harbour.

Note: Pets are allowed on request only, with a maximum of 1 pet per stay, a €10 fee per stay, and advance reservation is required.

Nach den doch schlechten Bewertungen und Kritiken waren wir skeptisch aber wollten den Ganzen eine Chance geben.Leider wurde Sie nur zum Teil belohnt …Denn das Haus ist doch leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, gerade im Kinderzimmer müsste dringend der Fußboden erneuert werden! Die Balkontür ist immer noch defekt und manche Kommoden sind sehr labil! Auch was nicht so schön gelöst war ist, dass man sich um die Gästekarten selbst kümmern muss! Selbst in der Touri war man verwundert… Sonst liegt die Doppelhaushälfte schön und im Ort ist auch alles wichtige vorhanden…

… sieht man das Haus von innen. Teppiche im OG stark verschlissen, es hängen Fäden hoch.Die Stehlampe im WoZi hat einen zerbrochenen Lampenschirm. Das Gäste-WC hat keine Beleuchtung ( defekt ), in der Küche geht das Licht über der Spüle nicht.Die Außenbeleuchtung fängt an zu blitzen / flackern … Die Messer vom Besteck sind stumpf. Im Bad gehen nicht alle Deckenlampen an. Das schlimmste war aber die undichte Tür zur Terrasse, bei dem Wind an der Küste bewegte sich im Haus der Vorhang. Die Tür wurde mit Krepp- Klebeband „abgedichtet“. Wir mussten zur Sicherheit den Rollladen unten lassen. Echt traurig …

Doppelhaushälfte Neßmersiel 1P 2L C1 U7 Drosselstr. 33b

Die Doppelhaushälfte war war in keinem guten Gesamtzustand (innen). Die Teppichböden im Obergeschoss waren zerschlissen, teilweise zerrissen und fleckig. Es waren sogar Möbel aufgestellt um die Schadstellen zu überdecken. Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht schließen, sodass wir immer die Läden herunter lassen mussten. Die Kaffeemaschine war in einem bedauernswerten Zustand! Der Staubsauger roch beim Einschalten furchtbar und war deshalb nur wiederwillig zu nutzen (ein neuer Staubbeutel hätte das Problem vermutlich behoben).

Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand …sehr sauber,eine gut ausgestattete Küche,ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch. Im ersten Stock ein Bad mit einer Dusche die wirklich den Namen verdient 😊 Wir buchen auf jeden Fall wieder

Haus sehr schön, auch schön gelegen. Nur von der Luftlinie Entfernung zum Meer 350 m hat man als Fußgänger nichts, da durch Deichabsperrung Zugang getrennt! Fazit mind. 2,5 km!
