Beware!! Do not rent this accommodation with VRBO. This is not a legitimate listing on here. We were scammed!!! We turned up and the managers knew nothing about our booking and had never used VRBO to rent it and it already had a long standing tenant there. It was a nightmare for us having to find alternative accommodation late at night after spending the whole day travelling there. It was a further nightmare trying to get the money back.

Why they chose this property

This traditional French home with 3 bedrooms, big living and beautiful garden with exceptional view of the castle in verteuil is next to the river and in the middle of one of the most beautiful villages in France. You can reach the most beautiful restaurants, bars and cafés in less than a minute by foot. Have a wine at the river or read a book in your apparent watching the water. You can enjoy your privacy in the backyard jacuzzi and enjoy the perfect castle view from there. It won't get any more relaxed than in verteuil sur charante.

What makes this property unique

This house has probably THE best location in verteuil. It is in the absolute center with perfect view and lots of space. It is very special decorated.
